位置非常好。附近就是一個國家醫院，靠近地鐵站。設施很舊，我們1點就到了，還給安排了一個地下室房間，沒有空調，有個手動的小電暖器。咖啡沒有cream。

We had a great time at the Vilenza hotel. It had a homely vibe and the staff were very friendly to our kids. It was close to the train station and a short 20 min stroll to tower bridge. Whilst the family room we had was quite small, we didn’t mind as we spent only the evenings in the room. A nice place to stay.

For the price it’s very good! Bed was comfy, shower etc worked well, all was clean. Little noisy from the street/other rooms but can’t complain. The guy who we checked in with was really friendly and helpful. It’s not the ritz but is excellent value for what we paid (100ish quid for two nights)

"Me and my family recently stayed at the Vilenza Hotel in East London , and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is ideally located, just walking distance to train stations and bus , making transportation easy. The nearby area has plenty of attractions, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

L'hôtel est bien, les chambres sont propres , nous avons très bien dormi en ce qui concerne le doubles lits . les petits lits pour enfants sont pour les enfants enfants en bas âges, nous étions trois adultes et deux adolescents, ce type de lits est un peu juste pour un adulte et des ados. Le temps de conduite vers le centre de Londre est de plus d'une heure en journée vu les nombreux embouteillages, en soirée ce temps est réduit à 30 min. L'hôte nous a parfaitement conseillés pour un petit déjeuner typiquement anglais à 5 min à pied .

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than what was shown in the advertisement, which felt misleading. It was also quite dirty and not properly cleaned. Worst of all, the room was extremely hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

A lovely hotel with spotless rooms, a cozy atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly staff who try to help. But very strict in check-in/out policy—late departures incur significant charges. As long as you plan your timing carefully, it's a great place to stay!

Booked a double room through 永安 and was informed upon arrival that I was to be put in the annex building which is on top of a restaurant 5min walk from the main hotel with no staff/reception. Was basically a block of flats. Receptionist was very nice, showed me a few room options let me choose but all were not like the photos on the website. Some had a microwave, others were without tea/coffee facilities. My tv did not work, was given no soap or body wash etc unlike the photos. Cleanliness also seemed to be an issue and felt quite dusty. Didn’t feel too secure as no keycards and only pin for rooms/main door. I assume these are not changed either and so anyone could walk through if they know the combination

The place and service was really good, especially Ms Laura helped me checking in and introducing me the hotel. The room size is good for one person, for two is a little crowded. The soundproof is a little bit not good. But totally I got a good stay:) BTW the body soap and shampoo are not good to be sudsing
