Highly recommend to stay in this hotel! The staffs are very helpful and the room is clean and cozy. You can get early check in if there is a room available. The lounge is very comfortable for work or leisure. The view is stunning! The location is also great, only 3 mins walk to Jubilee line, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The hotel is in a good area, overall good. The most I like about this hotel is very attentive & helpful staffs which brings good service. Lucas, Reja and the lady (I can't remember her name) which is half-Thai were very attentive & friendly.

地鐵口出來走一會就到了。有單獨的咖啡休息吧，可以買小零食的機器。房間不大，但炊具都非常新。總體來説很不錯。

Amazing experience with Vertus. Signage from the station and all around the area was great and was super easy to find the location. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. Facilities and amenities provided were also above and beyond what was expected. Lounge and communal areas were a highlight.

New build so many things wrong with this place - tv issue, water issues, door issues & to top it all off customer service is poor upon informing them of these basic flaws & non responsive. Stay at nearby cove, Marriott else you will be likely be disappointed until they sort this out & no one needs these headaches for business travellers.
