Bow Lane by Aeria Apartments (Bow Lane by Aeria Apartments)

We experienced significant difficulty sleeping throughout our stay. With the windows open, the noise from numerous pubs in the vicinity persisted late into the night. More concerningly, at approximately 5am each morning, there was sustained noise from what appeared to be the unit above, resembling someone moving back and forth continuously, at times even running. This disturbance continued for hours, and the apartment management was unable to provide either a solution or an explanation. In addition, a hair dryer was only supplied upon request, as it was not initially available in the unit. The provided toiletries were limited to 40ml bottles, which is inadequate for an accommodation intended for four guests. It was also confusing that the check in instructions indicated the apartment was on "Floor 2", when in fact it was located on the first floor. Although other aspects were fine, the lack of soundproofing rendered the overall experience unsatisfactory. Regrettably, I would not recommend this property.
