七月倫敦維多利亞 (The July - London Victoria)

首先我想吐槽一下這個房間裏的節能系統非常的離譜，我在洗澡洗一半整個屋黑了。。。我衹能出去走一圈讓sensor感到屋裡有人，然後五分鐘以後又黑了。第二天找工程來改了一下設定好了一天，第三天開始又不行了，又找了工程過來改設定，改完依舊洗澡洗一半全屋黑了。。。我也懶得再找了，衹能快點洗。然後這個酒店員工之間的溝通非常有問題，我早上離開之前把打掃牌子掛在門上，並且交代前台打掃時把床品換一下，快晚上我回來了屋裡根本沒有打掃。找前台後來了一個housekeeping，大致打掃了一下給換了床品，然後半個小時後，又來了一個housekeeping來敲門，問我要不要打掃。。。我checkin的時候問前台打掃怎麼安排，前台説需要打掃的話可以把打掃牌子在11點前掛門上，不掛牌子就不打掃，然後在前面補打掃發生的第二天，我出門前沒有掛任何牌子在門上，回去後發現把屋裡給我打掃了。。。我也是服了。可能是新開的酒店員工培訓還沒到位，態度都還是很好的，也願意幫忙，但是他們的工作流程和交接肯定是有問題的。最後酒店的location挺好的，出門就是Victoria station，附近有個cardinal place裏面有瑪莎，日常採購也去挺方便的。

第一個問題就是房務員每天都很隨便，毛巾不換、廁紙和紙巾不補、淋浴間排水孔也不清，住到第五天受不了請櫃枱告知房務員注意，結果晚上回到飯店，都把空面紙盒放在門口桌面上了還是沒補，用過的浴巾收走還沒補新的，淋浴間排水一樣排不下去⋯⋯ 再來就是水壓不夠，淋浴的水太弱了。 最後雖然飯店位置很好，但是房間很小，還塞了一個小廚房，導致無法攤開2個行李箱。

하루정도 간단하게 있기 위해 예약했는데 시설, 청결도, 소음 등등 모두 100% 만족함. 다음에 오면 또 가고싶은 곳! (다만 탭워터만 제공.. 건물 자체 정수시설이 있다공 하지만 아리수도 안먹는 저로서는 약간 찝찝했음..)

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location—it’s just a 3-4 minute walk from Victoria Station, and only around 10 minutes’ walk to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. As a newly opened hotel in2025, it features brand-new and stylish decor. The breakfast options are nutritionally adequate. Dishes like omelettes and English breakfast need to be ordered from the menu, while other items are served buffet-style. Facilities include a laundry room, gym, and sauna. The bathroom even has a heated towel rail, which is a nice touch. Staff at the front desk and restaurant are all warm and friendly. The only issue encountered was that one day, the housekeeping staff failed to replenish the facial tissues. After calling the front desk, the tissues still didn’t arrive for a long time. Later, when taking a shower, I noticed the towels were the used, damp ones —they hadn’t been replaced. Hopefully, this was just a one-time oversight by the housekeeping team. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but given the central downtown location, this is to be expected. Therefore, I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city center.

這間酒店地理位置很好，在鬧市之中，但也不會太過嘈吵。很喜歡這家酒店設施非常齊全，尤其是廚具，可以讓我享受一下下廚的樂趣，每天也有人做簡單的清潔，起碼不會堆積垃圾，這個實在非常重要。 酒店有洗衣房可以提供洗衣及乾衣服務，不過需要付款，價錢亦頗為昂貴，若能稍為減價或免費，那就更完美了，畢竟酒店的房價也不少呀！

New hotel in a great location. We had the family room. Beds are comfortable but difficult to get in and out as the space was very tight. Too much furniture in the studio - no room to place luggage & bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a new hotel. No space for toiletries. The family room is an accessible room which may not suit everyone.

很新的酒店，小小資資可可愛愛，地段也超方便，離維多利亞地鐵/火車站步行3分鐘～最主要的是，前台超帥又超nice！

My partner and I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room decor is gorgeous and the sauna downstairs was an absolute treat! We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely love to come back again soon. The rooms were clean, comfortable and styled beautifully. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

The frontline staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. The decor and vibe was very nice and stylish. However, my experience was seriously impacted by several issues in my room. The bed frame collapsed during my stay, the fuse went off while I was cooking, and there was no water supply for one entire night and the following morning. These problems caused inconvenience and discomfort.

Newly opened in June 2025. The hotel room is spacious and the bed offers comfort. Kitchen facilities are a plus, with oven and dishwashing machine. The location is convenient, close to Victoria station and easy for taking train, tube and buses.
