Wonderful stay in London! We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located — very to everything, which made getting around London super easy. The highlight for us was the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel has a warm, cozy atmosphere and the rooms are clean. One small thing to note is that you need to request daily room cleaning, as it’s not done automatically. Also, when booking, it’s not clearly mentioned that a security deposit is required in case of any room damage. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would happily come back every time I visit London.

The hotel is very uncomfortable - the room are small and the beds are uncomfortable. We book a room for three adults whereby a “sofa bed” was expressed to be found in the room. The sofa was not turning to bed and we had to ask bedsheets and prepare ourself. Also, the hotel was not clean: they forgot to change the coffee cups and once notified, the gentleman at the reception just entered the room without any form of manner and “literally” hand washed the coffee cup in front of our eyes in the bathroom tap and asked us if we wanted the cups to be dried. Extremely disappointed service for a Marriot hotel.

Wonderful stay in London! We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located — very to everything, which made getting around London super easy.
