Booked via 永安. shortly after my flight was cancelled due to India Pakistan conflict. Tried to cancel but rejected. Pretty disappointed. Can't recommend the hotel or 永安.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le receptionist me demande de faire moi même le check-in alors qu’il l’a fait pour un autre client venu juste après. La chambre n’était pas du tout fidèle aux photos, l’espace libre faisait la taille de ma valise et les toilettes étaient en dehors de la chambre qui donnait sur une porte vers l’extérieur. Cette porte ne pouvait pas se fermer à clé bonjour le sentiment d’insécurité. Je suis parti immédiatement je n’ai reçu aucune compensation…

The room was decent sized and the beds were nice. The room was kept very warm by the heater. The breakfast isn’t worth it. The only options are toast with brown or white bread, small offering of pastries and fruit, 2 types of cereal and tea or coffee. The breakfast room is too small and with breakfast only between 7:30-9:30 weekdays and 8-9:30 on weekends it’s crowded very quickly. The hotel also doesn’t clean the room daily unless you request it each morning.
