倫敦布萊克法爾宜必思酒店 (Ibis London Blackfriars)

Uitstekende locatie, 2 min lopen van Southward station. Dat station is ook handig voor bagage want er zijn liften. De kamer was een ok formaat, er was ook koffie en thee op de kamer en een haardroger. Ik miste in de badkamer tissues en bodylotion. Verder goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

位置不錯，距離車站步行可達，門口還有公交車站，發現公交車很便宜，值得試試。早餐很豐富，酒店衞生也搞得很好。

全體的に良かったですが少し部屋を出た隙に70ポンド（現金）を盜まれました。

A very clean and convenient hotel with a great location, within a 1 min walk to Southwark station, 5 mins to Southbank riverside, and 15 minute walk to borough market and London Bridge. Perfect if travelling to the 02 arena took 10-15 mins on the tube. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the standard double room is large with all the relevant amenities.

- **Incomplete room cleaning:** Found unclaimed socks in the room after check-in. - **Lack of basic amenities:** No refrigerator, microwave, or wine opener in the room. The absence of a microwave was particularly inconvenient for us to reheeat the food from supermarket when returning late. When I inquired at the reception about the availability of a microwave, I was informed that there was not a single unit in the entire hotel. This is quite unbelievable for a hotel of this standard. - **Unhelpful reception staff:** When asked about a wine opener, and I was directed to ask the bar next to the reception. It is not appropriate for guests to be expected to borrow items from a bar without making a purchase, especially when the hotel should be able to accommodate such requests. A simple gesture from the reception staff could have made a significant difference. - **Disappointing experience:** For approximately £100 per night, I expected more assistance and better service from the staff.

Kind staff helped us with early check-in and printing a travel document. We are walkers and Tube riders so the location was great for us. I would return! Check out the Burrough Market!

在這家酒店入住的第二天早上準備用餐期間包被偷了。一樓用餐是開放空間外來人士酒店疏於把關，提醒要是今後去這裏住的朋友一定要多加註意和小心。雖然酒店也配合了報警，但全程沒有道歉或其他支持，而且衹同意次日提前退房。向永安酒店管家反饋後爭取到一些補償，但相較於整體損失和帶來的不便也沒多大作用。

Room 1220天花板有點花，觀感不好，咋一看還以為房頂漏水的遺跡呢

Fantastic location for what was needed for our short visit , staff were friendly at the reception and the house keeping staff. Overall the room was clean and modern looking, however what was a disappointment was that the bed was very poor in my experience for hotels as it had a strange hard mattress which they fitted with two bed toppers to compensate I guess. (See pic below) Also the pillows were uncomfortable for me, because of synthetic style pillows. I find they get hot very quickly and one wasn’t an enough or two was to much as all the inside part goes to the side. Only two pillows provided, with additional spare pillow in a bag with no pillow case which I had to ask for and no hand towels which I thought was strange. Overall I would I recommend the hotel if you don’t mind what I mention about the sleeping side. Thank you.
