我和我的sibling來倫敦旅行一週都住在這裏，在這裏感覺很舒適，不奢華但是有種在家裡的安心感。 這家酒店離Shepherd’s bush地鐵站很近，附近有好多家大型超市，甚至還有中國超市，很方便。 前台的工作人員很友善，入住這家酒店可以在check in前和check out後免費寄存行李（不可過夜）。 樓下有免費的飲水機，可以帶瓶子接水喝，房間裏有熱水壺可以燒水。 Twin room有兩張小床拼在一起，適合跟朋友出行。房間空間不大，但2人住也夠了。窗門可以打開通風，不過有鎖限制，所以衹能開一條縫，用於通風足夠了，也可以保障安全性。 浴室有洗髮水、沐浴露（沐浴、洗手二合一），一條地巾和兩條浴巾。不提供牙膏牙刷等其他用品。有吹風機和電視機，但是沒有保險櫃。 酒店沒有洗衣機和烘乾機，不過有合作的guest laundry service公司可以在前台收取換洗衣物，適合洗一週或以上的衣服數量，附近也有幾家洗衣店，不過要步行5-10分鐘才能到。 房間裏的衣架是三角形木質衣架，可以整個拿下來，可以將手洗的衣物掛在浴室裏。 唯一不足的是門不太隔音，可以清楚地聽見樓道里人們的説話聲和關門聲。

The bathroom smells horrible. The cleaning lady banning the doors really harshly and made my whole bed shake. I ask for iron and was given one but it does not work. Did not feel totally relaxed there at all.

C’était génial Axel a rehausser la note de notre séjour ! Merci à lui pour sa vibes aussi le fait de parler Français !  2 poissons d’argent sortis d’un coin de l’armoire J’ai été très déçue là dessus .. Proche du métro, des restaurants, centre commercial ! Salle de sport  Kfc , mc do, Lidl , pouland à 2 minutes  Tout était idéalement situé

I stayed to join the cncert in Shepherd's Bush Empire. the location is perfect ,it's 3minutes from the station Shepherd's Bush where there are so many restaurants and food markets. The biggest shopping cnter in the world is neathere. Breakfast is same everyday, it's a pitty. the receptionists are so nice, klnd,smily, helpful to guests. especially Nicola helped me a lot when the taxi I booked didn't come He phoned to taxi driver, and taxi company which didn't answer at all. He tried to access them for many times, and at last he took me to the tube station with 2heavy suitcases、　he carried them up on steps to platform. If he didn't help me,I couldn't find station, nor carried laggages, nor went to the station on time. I really appreciate him.

Great hotel. Near to shepherd bush station within 10 mins walking distance. Near to supermarkets such as Lidl, restaurants, walking distance to a laundry shop. Beds are compact.

We stayed for two days and it was a lovely stay. We got a twin bed and the room was a decent size and it wasn’t too hot. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also a decent size (wet room) and the water was nice and hot. In terms of the cleanliness, at surface level it was cleaned but you could tell it wasn’t throughly cleaned. There was dust and dirt here and there. But at the same time it wasn’t bad if that makes sense. For the price, it was worth it in my opinion. The location was great too, the underground was like 4 minute walk and Westfield White City was also around the same area (5 minute walk). There is a small local shopping centre next to the hotel where you can find Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Poundland and other shops. There are also many places to eat around the area.

Room was basic but bed comfy. Location good for what needed it for. Most staff need a get a personality and atleast smile. Axel was polite and helpful after other staff couldn’t really care less and not great attitude. Shift team leader pleasant enough but his enthusiasm didn’t reflect other staff.

Great staff at reception, and unlike other hotels this seems very safe especially when u need a keycard to get in and out the building as well as in the elevators.

This hotel is the worst to stay at, reasons: 1) I had 3 luggages and 1 bag with me. Upon check-in, no one didn't assisted me with my luggages to my room, they just looked at me struggling with them. 2)Toiletries are not provided 3) Robe and bed slippers are not provided 4) Breakfast: Not much options and taste very poor 5) Hotel location from the airport proximity is a lie on the booking site. It takes more 25mins to get to either location 6) Hotel location from the tourist attraction areas such as London Eye etc proximity is also a lie. It takes more 30mins to get to the locations. NB. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel because after staying, I understood why payment was non-refundable. No one in their right mind would pay so much money and not expect to get even an inch of luxury. And mind you, my reservation was for 5 days. So can you imagine staying somewhere uncomfortable for so long!

We stayed for two days and it was a lovely stay. We got a twin bed and the room was a decent size and it wasn’t too hot. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also a decent size (wet room) and the water was nice and hot. In terms of the cleanliness, at surface level it was cleaned but you could tell it wasn’t throughly cleaned. There was dust and dirt here and there. But at the same time it wasn’t bad if that makes sense. For the price, it was worth it in my opinion. The location was great too, the underground was like 4 minute walk and Westfield White City was also around the same area (5 minute walk). There is a small local shopping centre next to the hotel where you can find Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Poundland and other shops. There are also many places to eat around the area.
