I have to stay in this area for family - it’s a great area. There are better hotels for a cheaper price in this area - unfortunately I was disappointed by this place. The hotel also has a strange musty smell.

Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality. Modern and all electrical charging is made convenient. Will come back again.

新婚旅行でロンドンに行った際に泊まらせていただきました！ 過去一と言っていいレベルで全てが完璧でした！ スタッフも皆さん本當に優しかったです。 チェックインの際はゆっくり分かりやすく説明してくださりました！ 目の前にバス停があり、朝6時から営業しているスーパーも近くにありました^_^

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos—modern decor, cozy bed. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel.

Overall is ok but the cleanliness can be improved. Found blood line on the toilet bowl. I checked out on Thursday and then I also booked for the night on next Monday as I needed to go traveling in Amsterdam on the weekend. I asked if I could put my luggage (only one medium size) in the storage till I come back next Monday. They said no.
