房間太細，不能兩人同時開行李筴。 我們住地庫最入房間，首次體驗，很封閉的感覺。 房間沒有電水煲，沒有茶包咖啡。 唯一好處是近地鐡站，好方便。 不會再來。

Nice stay. Definitely recommended. Hotel is in the centre of waterloo and with in walkable distance 5 mins from waterloo station and have great choices of restaurants nearby.

Superb location. Very easy access to anywhere. Lots of convenient shops around and right in front of Underground station (Lambeth North). But this room is super small, I did a measurement about 8-9m2 max.

飯店離地鐵超近，大笨鐘走路十幾分鐘就到了，對面就有一間24小時的超商，但是房間較小，隔音效果也不佳，不過房間內該有的東西都有

The rooms really need to be a bit bigger. There is only space for the bed and the shower room. There needs to be at least space for a desk and chair so when in the room you don’t have to sit on the bed all the time. If there we two people in our room there would have been no space for us both.

El hotel pertenece al parecer a los meliá pero carece de muchos servicios bajo mi humilde opinión : las habitaciones son claustrofobicas 8 metros cuadrados ¡muchas sin ventana y para 2 personas nos parecieron incómoda sin armario ni mesilla colchones muy rodados los canales de la tv no se adaptan a Europa . Está la estación de metro tan cerca que retumba . La limpieza es buena y la ubicación es lo que le salva púes es excelente a demás de tener tiendas de recuerdos, supermercado , bares restaurantes y un parque justo al lado . La recepción también es muy pequeña no tiene una zona de descanso ni wc . Pero si te guardan las maletas antes del chek-in y después
