Stayed here for 6 nights. Booked this only 2 weeks before the 永安. For such a good location (just 3 minutes walk to metro station), it is really value for money! Hotel provided good breakfast at 12 pounds. When u arrived back late at night, you can have cold water and mixed fruit at the bar. Will like to commend Uche for his excellent service during my stay. Will stay again if i m back in London. Thanks.

服務：第二次住了，萬豪會員可以提前辦入住，非常非常贊！ 衞生：毛巾床單都非常乾淨，房間有洗手液，潤膚露，沐浴露，護髮素，洗髮水，很齊全。 環境：雖然有點遠，但在Central Line地鐵站旁邊，屬於Zone 2，去市區很方便。 設施：房間面積偏小但夠用，適合一個人住。有膠囊咖啡機！早餐12磅一位，不算豐盛，但基本的都有。

Overall decent experience however cleanliness needs improvement. I complained about the sink which was blocked and throwing up the hair it was blocked with, but no one came to check or fix. Housekeeping also seemed to have not cleaned the room properly and there was fluff and hair everywhere. Staff at the reception were nice though and overall rooms are decent if cleanliness is kept up

就這樣吧，位置尚可，住了七天洗手間垃圾桶有一天竟然沒清理，也沒什麼設施，需要服務的時候，等很久才有人來，雖然服務生態度不錯，但是整體有待加強
