很不錯的飯店 服務很好 而且不是大飯店出入的人少 隔音也好 每個房間服務都很細緻很到位 很推薦 距離景點也都不遠

The name and photos make this hotel look like it’s going to be excellent. However in reality the rooms are small and dated. The bed clearly had a very old mattress, made more comfortable with a mattress topper but we both rolled towards the middle and slept terribly. The photo of the dining room is from an entirely different hotel - it doesn’t exist. The bathroom was dated and part of the shower fell off when I turned it on. New carpets are needed. The location is good for central London, but it’s probably not worth the price. Staff were friendly. It was a nice yet unusual touch to have fresh fruit in the room. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, but 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners. Odd.

入住有工作人員指引上樓，提供歡迎水果，地點靠近海德公園，出行非常方便，在倫敦算性價比高的五星酒店，房間不算大但乾淨整潔，房間提供飲用水和茶，入住體驗非常好。

The location was perfect in very central - off a quiet street 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of March Arch. Nice stay here, was easy to check in and out. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. It was nice there was water, tea/coffee and fruit in the room complimentary. One star lost because the USB plug in charger was broken and the plug area around it. Lucky I had my portable charger. Also, I found it a little dark when putting make up on, so a brighter light by the dressing desk mirror would have been good. And a small metal tile in the shower fell off as I was showering. All in all, Perfect to just put your head down after a work party night out. I would still recommend.

عند وصلولي للفندق في نفس الوقت واليوم المحدد قالت الموظفه ان حجزك موجود لكن لايوجد غرفه متاحه لك؟!!!! رغم اني دافع المبلغ كامل وقادم من مكان بعيد والان لم اقيم بالفندق ولم احصل على مبلغ الحجز الذي حجزت به

The rooms were so uncleaned and stained, you can hear into the next room. It was so uncomfortable and felt so unsafe. Still waiting on a refund.

Location is great, very close to Marble Arch tube station. Supermarket nearby. Nice decoration. Daily fruits and sparkling water supply, free of charge. Try not take basement room if you carry big luggage, because no lift going down to the basement. The male staff all are helpful, they will help for luggage transfer.

Booked 1 nights stay as birthday treat staff were absolutely fantastic especially Cannigio who wet over and above organised flowers and prezecco to be in room courtesy of hotel all staff were extremely friendly helpful and polite,room was clean tidy reasonable size shower was amazing breakfast was very pleasant good quality will definitely return and highly recommend thank you all
