科爾比戈酒店 (Corbigoe Hotel)

NO VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL ! Es una mugre, está minado de chinches. Nosotros hicimos la reserva y después leímos los comentarios de Google y quisimos cancelar y no nos dejaron. Vinimos a Londres y nos quedamos 3 días y efectivamente está lleno de chinches de todos los tamaños !!!

The location was good. The guy managing the reception has no custumer service personality at all. No smile or even greetings to his customers. He is in the wrong job and not good for the business. The room is hot this summer. a small fan would be nice to keep customers get a comfortable night. The walls in the toilet are covered with molds and wall decors is chipping off. Only 1 towel is provided for 2 people so I have to ask another one.

Cheap and Cheerful – Better Than Expected! After reading so many terrible reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. You really do get what you pay for, and in this case, it was more than fair for the price. The staff were absolutely lovely, always greeting me with a smile each day and happy to help whenever I needed anything. That made a big difference and added a really nice touch to the stay. I had a room on the top floor which, yes, was a little damp and could have been cleaner in places, but it was perfectly comfortable for the week. The tea and coffee station was well stocked, and cleaning was offered daily, which was great. For the brilliant price and the excellent location, I’d happily stay again. It’s not luxury, but it doesn’t pretend to be. It reflects the cheap price paid and for me, it was just right. Cheap and cheerful!

They shows wrong picture when I was book this hotel but when I reached there they given really tiny room no air full of humidity and if we talk about bathroom it was terrible no cleaning no shower gel no shampoo or conditioner even no toilet paper towel so it is worst ever hotel which one I seen

Well it was my second time in this hotel that's why I brought my own hand wash and slippers from my home. TV was not working. Found bed bugs in bed. I was told to leave the key while going out which was unusual to me. The price is okay but bedbugs really put me down.

Booked double bedrooms for couples but got a room with just one double bed and single blankets – definitely not what was promised. No toiletries, no refreshments, and the shower had no cold water at all. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Overall, a terrible experience. I will never come back to this hotel.

Terrible hotel.. worst hotel i have ever been in. It’s extremely expensive compared to the services. It lack even the basic essentials. No elevator, imagine; climbing almost 80 uncomfortable steps to the room with luggages!!. Noisy steps and doors. Very dirty, old furnitures and mattresses. Dust, stains, molds and bugs everywhere. No cupboard, the bathroom door was not locking. There was a very noisy water booster in my bathroom, which is activated every time me or my next room using the bathroom. A water booster inside the room, why would I listen to a continuously working noisy booster while my next room is having a shower!!. Never recommend and avoid this hotel.

Let me write at length. Location: AAAAA You have access to Pimlico and Victoria and a comfortable number of TfL buses Service: B+ I should be harsher, but I get it. They say that they could not charge a card that should have been pre-authorized over a month prior. But, we also live in a time where ghost customers joy-reserve bookings on fake cards seeping into their profit margins. I can’t help but feel punitively charging me the walk-in rate is misdirected vindictiveness. But, it is within the rules. A grey area in the rules lies in them not contacting the customer about a card decline issue. Though their service recovery was fine: they gave me an upgraded two bed room with a nice view of Belgrave Street outside. WiFi was also consistent and available. I did not appreciate the initial coldness that the innkeeper had with my arrival, but people do grow bitter after they see the worst of men. Amenities: B The shower and bathroom were recently renovated. The kettle could use a rinse and clean out - dust and dampness. The wall mounted heater has not been renovated, but I am sure that they will get to it soon. Bonus: AAA Belgrave Street is picturesque. There are plenty of photography opportunities here and at the nearby church. Tate Britain also stays open until 6:00pm and allows museum goers through until just before closing time. I got to spend 45 minutes inside to see the Grenfell mural and several 17th century pieces. This would have been out of reach if I weren’t at Corbigoe and the Belgrave Street area. Conclusion: This hotel doesn’t deserve the negativity. They shouldn’t raise prices until renovations of those heaters are done. But, for what they charge for lodgings and what is provided, I am happy to have been in their stewardship for my overnight stay.
