房間太小了，但是設施也還可以，酒店工作人員對待亞洲人也蠻有好的，而且就在牛津街後面，還要啥自行車啊，非常不錯了

Beautiful hotel from the outside and in a wonderful location, a stones throw from Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Goodge Street underground stations. Super convenient to get anyway and plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants but also in a quiet street so you are no disturbed by any noises at night. The staff were super friendly and helped with a situation with my bathroom (even though it was late at night) and were very respectful and polite. The room was a little small but absolutely enough for 1 person. The room was very clean and had a clean kettle, some tea and biscuits, a study desk and a nice sized bathroom. Overall, I would certainly stay here again. Thank you!!

I recently stayed at the Gem Langham Hotel and had a very good experience overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay enjoyable. The hotel was well-maintained and had a nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, which I would have expected from a 4-star hotel. It would have been a convenient addition. Despite this, the stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning.

Nice hotel, although the room was very small. The bathroom was compact but immaculately clean. It's in a quiet location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, but almost 10 minutes walk to the 2 nearest tube stations, which was tiring! Ideal for one night though. No air conditioning but the window was open slightly. I would've liked to open it wider but it was too heavy to move. I'd recommend this hotel.
