房間太小了，大床房，床的一邊直接貼着窗戶，兩個箱子都打不開，餐廳很小，品種也不太多，但是飲料酒水自助且免費。

Excellent location for a short stay in London. The rooms are small but pristine and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, roughly half way between Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations, giving access to multiple key landmarks. The only thing missing that I would have liked is a mini-fridge in the room, but this is easy to live without.

When I arrived at the reception at 9 pm, it was pretty busy already with a queue. However, the reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The reception area was a little small hence the queue, so it could do with some more waiting area. Other than that, everything else was expected clean and cozy spacious room and nice breakfast buffet.

A unique service which is tailored to the guest's needs. 24hr buffet, plus cheese and wine free treat if you log on as a member. Menu is limited but good, especially the pizza and breakfast options. Very helpful and friendly staff are on duty 24hrs. The hotels have been renovated to a high standard, and meets the needs of a busy tourist or business guest. Location is good, 10 mins from stations. Can leave luggage after check out. Very good value formoney. Will certainly use this hotel group again and recommend it to anyone.

地點非常方便離Marylebone火車站走路衹要5分鐘，非常適合出差一個人居住安排的非常妥帖，還包含早餐吃的很方便酒店有幾棟樓都在主街上很容易找到。

Very bad hotel. Booked a junior suite room, but it’s on the basement floor. It’s totally different with the photos you see on the app.

Easy access, but the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor and you will need to bring up the suitcase by yourself. Tiny rooms but clean. No working desk or space in the room.
