澤德威爾·皮卡迪利住宿 (Zedwell Piccadilly Circus)

地點非常好 在soho區 離中國城和regent street都很近 房間非常簡單 衹有床和廁所 一個放行李的枱子 就這樣 沒有水沒有咖啡沒有椅子 但最讓人受不了的是他的設施 床墊把我褲子搓破了一個洞 裏面的彈簧已經穿出來了 我找前台幫我換一個床墊 他們説沒有新的 我請他們幫我把床墊轉個方向讓我不至於每次上下床都被刺到 結果我回來了還是沒有任何作為 我隔天一早要起來趕飛機 就算了  早到的話提早checkin是60英鎊 寄存行李是15英鎊/件

La habitación es pequeña, no encontramos insectos como comentarios de otros clientes, estaba bastante limpia. Situación genial, pero todas las habitaciones es son iguales, sin ventana y sin nevera.

一開始的預期並不高 覺得應該就是很一般 但是入住後發現位置很好 酒店非常乾淨 酒店設施也很贊 酒店性價比很高的 下次來還會入住

La ubicación es inmejorable y el hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. La experiencia ha sido muy buena y ha superado mis expectativas. Recomendable.

It is in an ideal location for theatre’s etc, the room was very clean and minimalist, a bit too minimalist for my liking, there was no bedside table, wardrobe or coffee/tea making equipment, just two peg by the door, I not like having to put my clothes on the floor, the bathroom however was excellent, that was a deal breaker for me, I won’t be returning.

The hotel is located very near SoHo London, the theatre district, Chinatown London and is accessible from Heathrow T4 to Piccadilly Circus Station on the Piccadilly Line. The room has no windows, cupboards or TV. It has a very small bathroom. At least the lobby is larger and you check out at 10am. Luggage storage needs payment of £15 per luggage.

La chambre est très confortable, petit bémol au niveau propreté quelque poussière par-ci par-là mais sinon le séjour était top. Chambre bien isolé et pratique. Bémol pour la douche car c'est un pommeau de douche fixé au plafond. L'hôtel est hyper bien situé. Je reviendrai

El hotel está súper céntrico ya con la ubicación que tiene vale la pena la habitación aunque no tiene ventanas no fue algo que se hiciera pesado el personal del hotel es amable.que podría estar mejor si claro pero con lo que está a mí me pareció bien calidad precio. Super recomendable.

地理位置很好，在市中心的中心。去大部分景點也不用乘車。我們一家都很喜歡看舞台劇，去很多戲院也只是5-10分鐘路程。 但不要期望酒店有5星級設施。 沒有餐廳，只有一間cafe。 房間內連桌子和雪櫃也沒有，因此，必須外出用膳。但房間衞生情況不錯。 假如check out後要寄存行李，每個行李箱£15。

這酒店位置雖然很好。但是房內沒有煲熱水的壺，沒有風筒，要吹頭就要到三樓或者七樓的beauty room。很不方便。服務也超級差。他們安排了一間單人房給我。要到這房間不能直接坐電梯達到。出了電梯要兜好多個彎，而每個彎需要行樓梯。我帶着行李總共行了大約 十多級樓梯還未到？最後我還是拿着行李回到前台要求轉房。他們幫我換了另一間房間，但是那間房間晚上超級嘈。能夠聽到開party的噪音！最後還是忍唔住，凌晨3點鐘落前台要求換房，換了雙人房給我。但是，兩間單人房和一間雙人房的房間是沒有窗的，有什麼意外會好危險。我絕對不會再訂！ 提提大家，房間是沒有電話，所以需要聯絡酒店或需要酒店幫忙的話就要親自落前台。check in後，他們用whatsapp發了短信給我，告訴我有甚麼問題可以經whatsapp通知他們。但是我要求換房他們沒有回覆。通知他們房間的燈眨眨下, 沒人回覆。 我住了兩天，whatsapp過他們無數次有關換房等等問題都係冇人回覆(見附件)。所以千祈不要被相片呃到。酒店超級差！

The Zedwell Hotel is very conveniently located, right in the heart of the bustling and noisy Piccadilly Circus. Surprisingly, the rooms are exceptionally well soundproofed. I believe the windowless concept contributed to a peaceful, undisturbed sleep. The room itself is extremely basic—just a bed, toilet, and towels. There’s no kettle, hot water, or tea/coffee provided. Housekeeping is not included during the stay, although the cleaning staff did knock on our door on the second day to confirm our check-out time. The shower area tends to get quite wet as it’s only separated by a small partition. I stayed in a room for three people, and it was fairly spacious. However, a key point to note: the hotel does not offer complimentary luggage storage. They charge £15 per bag, which can be quite costly and inconvenient if you're travelling with family as you have to find alternative storage nearby. We also opted for and paid for late check-out, but unfortunately encountered an issue. When we returned from breakfast, we were unable to access our room due to a technical fault with the key cards. It took over 30 minutes for the staff to resolve the issue and allow us back in—essentially losing part of our paid extension, we were not clear if the time could be extended due to their error. I hope the hotel can improve the clarity and flexibility of their processes to better support guests in such situations. Overall, if you’re looking for a minimalist stay in a central location and don’t require luggage storage, extra amenities, or early check- in (15 min early, without a fee) or late check-out options(without a fee), Zedwell could work well. Otherwise, you might want to explore other nearby hotels that offer a little more comfort and flexibility.
