甘特里倫敦希爾頓格芮精選酒店 (The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton)

入住期間不慎遺落 AirPods，我記得十分清楚我落在了床上。當天晚上返回酒店後向前台求助。前台服務人員告訴我保潔人員未報告有任何遺失物品。隨後我打開了手機軟件查找AirPods的定位。定位顯示中午還在酒店的耳機晚上出現在了一個陌生的地點。（圖1圖2） 但經我聯繫後酒店經理積極跟進並協助找回。感謝經理 Ayoub 的專業處理！

清潔な室內におしゃれカフェがあり快適なステイができた お水はウォーターサーバーがグランドフロアにあるので取りに行く必要があるが、たくさん飲むことができてありがたかった。

Absolutely stunning hotel. Could not fault it one bit. From check in to check out every little details was thought of. Stunning decor. Rooms were large with great views and space. Fine details were all thought  of and what a great shower. Loved the carafe provided for water and ice available for free in reception. Coffee pod machine and kettle in the room. Bathrobes and slippers too. Bed super comfy and pillows that definitely make you want to sneak them out for use at home (we didn’t). Would highly recommend. Super close to Westfield and Stratford international rail. Car park £8 for 24hours. Brilliant. Will definitely be staying again.

在倫敦住的5家酒店裡性價比最好的一個，精美、室內環境和空間都很好，前台Martina給升級了觀景房👍，整個酒店挺新的，衞生很整潔乾淨、房間配色和室內設計温馨舒適色調也很美，處處有細節，洗澡水也很好，床足夠大，床品嶄新，不像Jw Grosvenor house hotel 和Marylebone hotel 那麼破舊還五六千人民幣一晚特坑人。這個甘特里酒店路對面就是倫敦最大商場生活用品一應俱全。

J'ai été très bien accueillie. J'ai pu avoir accès à ma chambre directement à l'arrivée. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée. La salle de bains est grande. Point bonus pour le miroir lumineux pour pouvoir se maquiller avec une bonne lumière. Le lit est très confortable et les oreillers sont très bien. J'ai bien dormi 😊 La vue sur Londres depuis la fenêtre de la chambre est bien. Les seuls petits bémols que j'ai trouvé c'est qu'il n'y a qu'un seul niveau dans le placard et qu'il est trop haut, et qu'il n'y a pas de porte pour fermer la douche donc il faut faire attention à ne pas mettre de l'eau partout dans la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Il y a une salle de dîner spectacle, le Soul Mama, qui a une belle programmation. La nourriture y est très bonne. Dans l'ensemble j'ai passé un excellent séjour.

住了6天後，去英國南部城市玩回來，又訂了一晚這家酒店，酒店蠻新的，房間面積相對市中心面積大很多，因為離stratford international火車站和DLR（輕軌）太近，樓下走幾步就到了，去希斯羅機場先坐1站DLR轉地鐵Elizabeth line直達，非常方便！

Very pleasant experience. Booked this for my birthday 永安 to London, had a concert at night at the O2 and decided to stay in Stratford, which is only 3 stops away on Jubilee line so location is great! Hotel is easy to find as it's next to Westfield, so good to grab coffee and snacks on the way. The hotel receptionist was very warm and welcoming, she was so nice to give me an room upgrade. She mentioned it's because of me being a Hilton Honors member, but I only registered right before I booked the room on 永安, so not sure if it's general practice or birthday-related. The view was decent, nothing fancy due to the are, but airy enough. Room was modern design and I personally quite like it, very clean, and the shower is HUGE. Honestly very very happy about it. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there's no drinking water in the room, like bottled water or other beverages, charged or not, instead there's a glass container with a sign on saying you can collect water and ice at the ground floor. The water station actually had a Brita machine that can give cold still or sparkling water, eco-friendly and avoid waste I guess. I don't mind it that much as I was only staying for one night and was out for the concert most of night anyway. The price included breakfast the second morning, was quite decent, buffet style, more than enough choices for a quick breakfast to my taste. Seating was cosy and view was bright and nice. Generally very pleasant experience and I'd definitely try to stay here again next time I'm heading to O2 for concerts.

酒店位置便利，就在Westfield隔壁。Sainsbury, Longfeng中超也不遠。地鐵火車相當便捷。酒店早餐非常豐盛。

As a first time in UK this was a nice experience. Parking nearby was easy and the discount from the Hotel was very kind. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Would've expected thr TV's to be smart tv's for some netflix streaming but other than that just a great experience.

Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in a really good location and it’s only a two minute walk from Westfield Stratford. The hotel actioned the request I made to have balloons and petals put into the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to make it a bit more special. They also provided us with two complementary drinks as well as a box of chocolate and a welcome card that wished my boyfriend a happy birthday.
