優點 工作人員非常熱情，態度很好 環境乾淨 位置方便，所在區域比較安靜。住在倫敦的朋友説這片算是富人區，所以應該治安比較好 缺點 房間太小了！比預訂的時候看的圖片要小很多，感覺像是被騙了。我的大號旅行箱都沒辦法攤開拿東西 沒有拖鞋、護髮素、牙刷牙膏、洗衣房，不過這些在歐洲都正常。英國的水洗了頭髮特別幹，所以建議還是自己帶護髮素比較好

Bien localizado, cerca de estaciones de metro. Aun sabiendo que es hotel tipo cápsula, la habitación es muy pequeña. Encontramos alguna hormiga pequeña en la habitación.

我想讚揚在8月18日日間當值兩位接代處職員，一男一女，忘記了他們的名字，他們協助我們用電話查詢Uber公司的車不準時到酒店門外的事宜，並且替我們解決問題，重新下單，很快便有Uber 車接送我們去目的地。再次多謝他們，請酒店管理人員表揚這兩位員工！

Pros: The reception staff are great, especially Sree and Sunday, and solved problems effectively and efficiently. Location is great especially for users of Elizabeth Line to and from Heathrow. Various choices of room size. Hotel is new and clean. Cons: No electric kettle in room. You need to go down to ground floor to get hot water from the coffee machine. Water is free but not the coffee. I booked a First Class Room, but the system gave me one on the first floor with no windows. I put up with it for the first 2 days as I was busy. Later had to change room. First class room is roomy, but other rooms are on the small side.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Farringdon. Very clean. The breakfast is amazing, very nice zone to work also.

Fantastic compact hotel with all the necessary amenities catered for. Ideally situated in London city centre, near to St Paul’s Cathedral and near to good transport links. We had breakfast and lunch which was both excellent in quality and quantity. Most staff were also on the mark and were very helpful. Only down sides were the beer was not very chilled, but served more at room temperature. And the tea and coffee from the machine was not very hot, rather it was lukewarm.

廁所滲水、職員態度欠佳、配套不足（如毛巾不足）、洗澡的空間也詭異的少。不僅如此，房間的空間還很小，小到兩個人無法同時站立在某些地方。另外，我漏了洗面奶在就酒店卻被告知他們沒有看到，可我只是漏在了洗手盆旁邊的顯眼位置，酒店職員處理的態度也欠佳。附圖為廁所滲水。
