Had a great one-night stay in London! Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of food spots in the gardens. I grabbed a delicious morning bagel before checking out at 12pm, which was super convenient. We also had access to the pool but sadly ran out of time to use it, definitely something to try next time!

Great hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer im 31. Stock ist natürlich überragend. Beim Buchen sollte man schon aufpassen, dass man die oberen Etagen bucht, wenngleich sie natürlich teurer sind ! Nicht schön im Zimmer 3108 waren allerdings die Geräusche vom Aufzug. Obwohl der Lift an sich leise ist , summt es ständig im Zimmer. Vielleicht muss das auch so in so hohen Stockwerken sein?? Frühstück 07.30 ! Das ist mir in dieser tollen Stadt viel zu spät! Schön dass es im Zimmer immer Wasser gab, aber in Büchsen !!?? Freundliches Personal !

I would recommend this hotel, especially because the rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range. Check-in was smooth even with a late arrival, which was a relief. Pros: • Spacious rooms • Clean and well-maintained property • Convenient location with nice views • No issues with late check-in Cons: • Long wait times at the front desk due to only one staff member handling check-ins and other requests • No slippers provided in the rooms

服務人員很熱情，房間很乾凈，這次給的角頭的房間，風景不錯，之前看評論説要按金，但是並沒有要按金呀，唯一不好的是最後一天起來發現枕頭另一面有污跡，算了。總體還不錯。

”I feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pervasive and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the premises, making it impossible to feel comfortable. However, what truly made my stay unbearable was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they exuded an air of arrogance, treating guests as though they were inconveniences rather than valued customers. The combination of a foul-smelling environment and unprofessional, condescending service makes it clear that this hotel does not deserve your time or money. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect and provided with a clean, pleasant experience.“

This 4 star hotel is quite disappointed to us . The room assigned to us was flooded with water when one is taking shower. The water flown from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. The hair dryer was not working too. Although the hotel did change the room and hair dryer for us but its caused a lots of inconvenience and wasted our time. Further we can heard dog barking in the hotel!
