有接駁車來回於希思羅，就停在酒店門口，非常方便。環境優美，沒有什麼噪音，寄存行李很簡單，工作人員會提供關於如何去機場的幫助。單人間比較小，但足夠放下並打開一個行李箱

Easy to get to from T5 and to get to Heathrow Central by regular bus . Bus timetable is from Hotel to Heathrow Central. (It’s the next stop). Room was nice, good a free up-grade from the ‘Cozy’ room as I am a member. Pool and gym are ok.

很舒適的酒店，離機場近，房間cozy隔音好。健身房器械全。衹是要是趕上有航班取消，旅客滯留的情況，酒店就有點鬧，早餐都找不到地方坐。

Good location, on the local bus route to Heathrow. A couple of pubs within walking distance for some food. Quick check in, room a little noisy from air conditioning units , comfy room. Breakfast could be better, quality of food. But it was fairly cheap rate. Staff were nice. Pretty good place to stay for airport travel.

I can't recommend this hotel. It is very dated and tired looking but most of all is the really poor upkeep of the bathrooms. Really filthy and we had a lot of water all over the floor and the carpet was soaked.

Arrived at the hotel late at night following a long journey. Paid for a superior room and to my horror the room was still left in a mess by the previous occupants. Dirty tissues in the bathroom? Half eaten apple on side table, bed untidy, windows looked old and dirty. The list goes on! Asked to speak with duty manager who was nothing but rude end unhelpful. I did not stay there and don’t even know if I will get my money back. Avoid this place!!!!!

房間還是挺舒服的，就是在機場旁邊旁邊都沒什麼可以逛的了，還有呃好在他大堂有一些喝的還有蘋果吃，我就不用再去外面買水果

Der Check in war viel zu langwierig, es kann nicht sein das man mehr als 30min an einem Check in um Mitternacht steht. Zimmer war in Ordnung und ruhig gelegen. Pool war super. Zimmer Service war auch ok.

Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
