Excellent location, just a short walk from Bayswater / Queensway tube stations (10 minutes max). A variety of shops (M&S Food, Tesco, Sainsbury’s), restaurants (Bella Italia, Five Guys), cafes and fast food places (KFC, McDonalds, Burger King) close by. Super friendly and welcoming staff (I encountered three different people on reception throughout my stay, each of whom were really nice and polite). Was able to check-in 45 minutes early with no extra cost. Was travelling on my own, so stayed in a Superior Single Room, which is quite small, with not a lot of room to manoeuvre BUT it was totally manageable. En-suite bathroom was nice, shower worked well. Towels and toiletries provided. I had a view of the street which was lovely. Breakfast was included. Be aware there is no lift, so you will have take the stairs if not staying on the ground floor. Perfect place to stay for short 永安s and working visits to the capital.

I stayed in the little room as a solo traveller. For one person, it was serviceable. The shower was a little too cramp for me, as a person of 5'4'' tall I couldn't bend over to retrieve a dropped soap. Otherwise, room was clean, airy, and nice; however, the walls were a bit thin. On a quiet street. Breakfast was a choice of 4 free items to choose from among this list: cereal, yogurt, croissant roll, toast, coffee or tea, orange or apple juice. Sausage, eggs, etc were extra; I feel like the lure of a free breakfast was meant for you to spend money on these other, more desirable items. Not a bad location to Hyde Park or Notting Hill. But it is quite the walk to Paddington or to other touristy areas. There is the Bayswater station a little closer.

Rooms are OK. There is no desk or coffee/tea making facilities and the free breakfast choices are somewhat limited, but the bed is comfortable enough for a short stay and the location is great for Bayswater or Queensway tube stations

There’s no lift in this hotel. If you are carrying large or heavy luggage, think twice. There’s no cups or kettle or any cutlery provided in the room; just 2 pieces of soap, a hair dryer, a portable heater and shampoo/body wash. The location is good; it is close to Kensington Palace and Portobello Road Market. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and relaxing. If breakfast is provided, you will need to go down to the breakfast room, write down your order, hand it to the staff, and wait to be served. The hotel is under construction, and I’ve encountered the situation shown in the attached photo.

The hotel is fine, just a basic hotel. The bathroom has just been renovated but as a taller person the showers a bit small. The included breakfast was a bit bare but still fine.

I don’t know where to start the list… The room wasn’t the same as we saw in the pictures. It was small, the bed was tight and uncomfortable, the walls were too thin and we could hear every little step inside the “hotel”. The staff was rude, we said hello to them and they didn’t even react. The location isn’t the best, it is 30 minutes away from the city centre with bus. The worst part was the breakfast… we got a list to choose 4 items, included juice, coffee, fruits and toast. I attached a picture about the “delicious” toast, it was one slice of cheese in it and nothing else. No butter, no meat, nothing… and you can see the prices of the normal breakfast options, it is a robbery, especially we paid for this and it is not enough. At least there was a Costa Coffee within 3 minutes walk, so there was an opportunity to drink a normal coffee in the morning. So I don’t recommend this hotel at all, it was a nightmare, I am happy we only stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel is in a good location near Hyde Park, about 10 minutes walk from tube station. Room was neat and clean, bathroom with walk in shower was sparkling clean. Lots of food places nearby. Continental breakfast included so really good value. A good selection of items for cooked breakfasts available at additional charge.

酒店地點還是可以的，但是設施很舊！ 1. 倫敦這類酒店都是沒有電梯的，拖行李箱上下幾層樓還是挺辛苦的，而且我們被安排在了附樓，離主樓竟然有100米距離！！！可以想象拖着行李上了台階到前台辦理入住後，又要把行李箱搬下來，再拖行100+米，而且早餐衹在主流，吃個早餐還得走過來。 2.房型很差！酒店衹是選了幾張好看的圖片放到網上，但實際有很多異型房，比如我們入住的標間兩張床竟然是L型擺放，實際是因為副樓就不是酒店，是普通民居的房間隔出來的劏房，空間不規整。 3.服務一般。因為房型問題去和前台交涉，一個英國老頭胡攪蠻纏：所有東西都是有區別的，我們不可能把所有房間照片都放到網上云云，然後説就是這樣，不會解決，總之一副愛住不住的態度 4.設施一般。英國旅行10天，住了很多酒店，這個真的很差，一般標配燒水壺、茶杯、咖啡、洗漱用品，有些還有冰箱等等。這裏什麼都沒有，真的是無語至極，倫敦這麼冷的天氣，衹能喝凍水。總之，與其叫hotel，不如叫設施簡陋的劏房民宿！建議不要入住！
