Check in is a nightmare!! they haven't sent the email with the code for self-check in. Someone woke me up just before midnight, has been given the same room like me!!!! This is beyond a joke!!

Terrible experience at this hotel! I got bed bug bites and contacted the hotel but got no response. Another guest had bed bugs and was not being addressed. Room was never cleaned in 5 days and my trash was full for 3 days. The curtain in my room was ripped and dirty. The hotel smells really bad and kitchen is not clean. I asked for assistance from 3rd floor with my luggage and no one assisted me with the narrow stairway. I stayed in this hotel in 2021 because it’s near my family in UK but the management has changed and it is not the same at all now.

Très bon accueil il faut être ouvert d espeit car l’intérieur est décoré magnifiquement bien! J’ai adoré car chaque demande de notre part était réglé. Donc très bon en famille ne pas avoir peur des escalier!

非常特別的住宿，房間好看，交錯的樓梯很有趣，有迎賓小食，地理位置不錯，但風聲太大而且共用浴室的燈壞了沒人修。

Very nice place however still waiting for our security deposit to be returned. Seems strange that you have to wait so long to get it back when transfers are instantaneous nowadays!

Pre-paid to stay here, upon arrival was told there is a deposit required for the room, but it must be paid by card. As an ex-pat who hasn’t lived in the UK for the past five years, my only bank card is a Chinese bank card and it can’t be used in the UK. I offered alternative payments for the deposit but was refused. The counter staff didn’t even have a phone number for his boss to try and solve the problem and I was refused my stay there and had to find another hotel. It was after 6pm and many other hotels were already sold out. Very stressful. ADDITIONALLY, I was refused a refund for the room. The whole place reeked of unprofessionalism. What a joke of a hotel…
