3 stelle ma solo nel nome. Camera piccolissima, bagno indecente. Impossibile lavarsi i denti senza sbattere dentro ripiano in vetro.doccia che aveva i fori del telefono otturati, non scendeva acqua, chiesto di sostituirlo, ci han detto di si. Nessuno lo ha fatto. Risultato la doccia non si poteva fare. Colazione pessima. Solo un piatto di salato colazione inglese, in alternativa un tè con fetta tostata.

The room was very small heater was dripping water and not working properly told the night reception he told me to wait till 9 am in the morning and that he can’t do anything also the room I stayed was in a basement with no window shower was also very small

I stayed at this hotel twice on this 永安, the second time I was assigned a room in the basement of a separate building. The room was small. We skipped breakfast as we had an early flight home. The access from Paddington station was very good and the price was not too expensive. If you just want to sleep, this hotel is very good.

住宿環境佳，早餐好吃，服務人員也親切，還可以寄放行李2天，等待我們去其他城市後再返回住宿，一切服務都很讚，值得推薦住宿。

Really welcoming and friendly staff. Room was small but had everything we needed. The bathroom layout was a little difficult with the toilet so close to the sink. Breakfast was good but the tea was a little on the weak side as it was not freshly made for you, it was from a flask. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were really difficult to navigate as they were winding and we had a large heavy suitcase. Also, our room was super hot! But there was a fan provided, which I liked. Overall it was enjoyable and we would stay again.

這個酒店是英國旅遊半個月來最差的一簡酒店，給我們安排在地下室，房間的隔壁是早餐製作室，當我們發現是地下室後提出要求換房間，當時告訴我們已經住滿了，退房的時候跟前台説房間太差了，然後説你們下次來的時候安排好點的房間，印度前台態度也是一般
