Although the location of the hotel is in an excellent position…. Only 5 mins walk to Paddington station…. There is definitely room for improvement.  The staff, although friendly , were a little off hand and when we checked out I was basically ignored.  The lift in the hotel is far too small meaning a long wait or using the stairs with heavy bags.  The room itself was supposed to be an executive room…. Very small and the en-suite was barely useable due to its design… the door opening inwards right onto the sink made it almost impossible to move around to close the door…. Very poor.  I’m glad we were only there for one night.

This hotel is ideally placed off the Heathrow express. Close to the train station and underground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is spacious and breakfast has everything from toast and cereal and fruit, to yoghurt and cooked bacon eggs beans and mushrooms. There are also additional items such as porridges and smoothies that you can purchase. The executive twin was adequate size for central London. Shower amenities provided as well as a room safe and fridge. I would definitely stag here again. Surrounded by pubs, take always, shops and places to eat.

Nice hotel, with elevator. Rooms were small, as are most in older London hotels, but nicely appointed. As an American, I was pleasantly surprised to see face cloths provided (unusual in the UK). Location is great for Paddington Station. I walked with luggage from the station... no taxi or Uber needed. Area is walkable and plenty to see and do.

런던에 올때마다 찾는 호텔압니다 위치는 말할것도없고 시설은 깨끗한 비즈니스 호탤과 같습니다 아쉬운점은 슬리퍼가 없고 물도 사다먹어야 한다는것이 매번 번거롭습니다

在炎夏酒店有空調很讚，很舒適，而且房間衞生也很整潔，周圍很多店舖超市食肆。住了5晚，每日的早餐都是一樣，如果有些變化會較好，房價可低些更好。

It is the worst experience of my lifetime. I stayed at the hotel from Sept. 12 to Sept.14, 2024. I checked in at about 8:00pm on Sept. 12, 2024. After I checked in, I found my big suitcase was stolen. I reported this matter to the reception and he said he couldn't do anything. He asked me to wait for the manager to handle this. However, the manager is not available until 8:00am on Sept. 13, 2024 that is 12 hours later. When your manager came and told me that he had to ask the boss to review the CCTV. Couple hours later, your staff said they had watched the CCTV but found nothing. When I requested to see the CCTV together, your staff refused it. It is clear that it is violate the Subject Access Request of the Data Protection Act 2018. The staffs also delayed the investigation. My adivce is don't go there.

만족스러운 호텔입니다. 화장실, 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 있어서 좋았어요. 냉장고가 많이 시원하진 않아서 아쉬웠지만 무료 짐 보관 서비스도 돼서 전반적으로 만족했던 호텔입니다.

The Room is Absolutely Huge! Value for £££ Pros: - Brand New Reno. Huge Room! - Big Plush Bath Towels - Toilet Space Huge! - Cleanliness - Water Pressure and Hot Water Plus - Amenities - Mini Fridge Cons: - No Parking as advertised - 3-4 steps towards room on 2nd Floor. Not convenient for Solo Traveler - A/C HVAC very slow to react
