tutto molto bene, l hotel all arrivo ha un aspetto molto bello , illuminato ed anche la hall è decisamente bella molto english style. le camere sono belle ed i letti comodi, solamente un po old fashioned soprattutto il bagno con la doccia e la vasca un po obsolete ma non è un grosso problema. La colazione è assortita ed abbondante , l orario è un po ridotto in quanto termina alle 9.30 Reception 24 ore, personale molto gentile , wifi gratuito in tutto l hotel. Ristorante nell hotel il che è utile in quanto Canary Wharf essendo un'area di grattacieli e banche non offre grandi possibilità di trovare bar e ristoranti

和老公一起旅行看望女兒的 離女兒住處比較近 環境還可以 比較舊 第一次入住時給我們分配了251二樓很偏的房間 wifi信號很差 到房間就沒信號了 要求換房間 來回走了好多次才願意幫我們 第二次換了531房間 信號也是不算好 哎 馬馬虎虎住了一夜 也許比較便宜吧 也許不會英語交流比較難吧

We stayed in the no window room, as we were just sleeping in the hotel.its in a good location in Canary Warf. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. The WiFi wasn't that fast.

酒店位置優越， 離開金絲雀碼頭地鐵站只需要行5至10分鐘， 方便乘坐地下鐵 倫敦景點遊覽， 附近有大型超市食肆。

Don’t ever book the rooms without windows . I repeat don’t book those rooms. Those are not meant for humans to stay. Those rooms are extremely claustrophobic and you will die from suffocation. Receptionist already warned us but we didn’t listen why she was repeatedly asking to upgrade. We paid extra to upgrade the room and finally settled with a nice room in 10th floor with amazing view. Location , cleanliness are perfect for a memorable stay.

Due to work, I had to check in at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was a bit worried that it might be inconvenient for the front desk staff, but they were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Even at such a late hour, their warm service was evident, and I really appreciate their dedication!
