倫敦維多利亞赫頓酒店 (Huttons Hotel, Central London)

感覺住在倫敦的劏房，房間地板是傾斜的，風扇佈滿塵埃，沖涼花灑是壞的，價錢也要$1500，但地點是優越，方便看音樂劇，但再選擇一次，寧願晚上看完歌劇，成坐Uber去較遠的酒店

Friendly and very efficient reception staff/check in and out. Clean and compact room and sufficient, fresh breakfast. Location is good - Belgravia, short walk to Victoria and other attractions. Overall a very pleasant stay and I hope to see you again next time!

Hotel muy bien situado, a 10 minutos +/- andando de la estación de Victoria, cerca de Tesco y Sainsbury’s. El hotel está bien, es pequeño, mi habitación de 2 personas era pequeña, pero las camas son cómodas (la almohada algo fina), más que aceptable, para pasar pocos días está bien.

住宿上空間大 很舒適，最不能接受是電梯太吵了，只要有人坐電梯放間就很吵連半夜都一樣，如果要去住不要靠近電梯房型，避免晚上被突然聲音嚇到

Very good location. Old building and inside of the hotel. The slowest elevator I ever met 😂 very nice staff, reception working 24/7. Good breakfast. Clean enough room. Very nice morning coffee spot just around the corner. Thank you

位置方便，門口的24號巴士去那裡都方便，回來亦方便，酒店後街有3間大超市，食店，很方便，房間不過不失吧！力壓很弱很弱，洗澡是很大難提，前台服務員態度很好

**Absolutely Horrendous—stay away !** **Avoid This Disaster of a Hotel—Not Worth a Single Dollar!** I have never encountered a hotel in such **unlivable** conditions. The floor is visibly slanted, and we dropped a ball, it rolled across the room on its own—yes, it’s that bad. The door? We were shocked that the door of the room cannot be locked upon exiting. The hotel staff advised that we have to **slam it shut** just to get it to close properly. The bed was another disaster. The mattress was slanted and completely ruined, making sleep impossible. My husband literally rolled off the bed just by turning—it’s absurd! when we requested a room change and requested for a room change the staff flat-out refused. Speaking of the staff—their attitude was **terrible**. When we raised our concerns and requested a cancellation due to the unacceptable conditions, they dismissed our complaints and declined our request without offering any solutions. When we complained about the room’s unlivable condition and asked to cancel, the man at the counter proudly told us that he was the one making the decisions and that no hotel would allow cancellations, as if that’s a reasonable excuse for trapping guests in a subpar establishment. Instead of addressing our concerns, he shrugged us off. Avoid this place at all costs. It is beyond unacceptable and no guest should be treated this way.

位置方便，環境衞生，價錢合理，早餐還有很多選擇，在酒店附近還有小商店，酒吧，按摩店，是很好的住宿體驗

The location was quite great, about 10min walk from Victoria Railway Station. The facilities were also nice, worth the price. In addition, the staff were very helpful, especially with our luggages problems. Recommend!

Super Lage, etwas laut aber wir konnten super schlafen. Meiner Meinung nach gab es genügend zum Frühstücken, es gab 3 Theken (Getränke, Brot und Belag sowie gekochte Eier und Müsli, Croissants und schoko Brötchen, der Kaffee war leider nicht genießbar Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt.
