阿爾漢布拉酒店 (Alhambra Hotel)

Great hotel and great location

On a positive start, the hotel is ideally located near to St Pancras and the room was generally clean. However there are some serious negatives. I would imagine the majority of travelers book here as they have an early Eurostar to catch. So I would advise anyone who is doing so to be aware. The hotel is split over two buildings, either side of the street. We were in room 17, situated in the basement, along with rooms 18,19 and 20(I think). These rooms are tiny and I mean tiny. You would struggle to find room for 1 large suitcase let alone 2. Plus there is no lift available, which I was aware of, so I phoned beforehand to say I’d mobility issues. The stairs are tricky, with too many doors to navigate. Additionally no help available, so it was a struggle. If you are on the large side, the bathroom will be an issue. The shower cubicle is the smallest I’ve ever seen, with just a rain shower head. So it’s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. Not really a male problem, but my wife really didn’t want to wash her hair that early in the morning. Even sitting on the toilet is cramped due to the proximity of the sink. The room itself is very hot and noisy. Even in late September the window had to remain open, which is unnerving as the room faces onto the street and feels really insecure. Additionally the noise and vibration from the tube makes sleep difficult. So if you are to book, really advise avoiding these basement rooms.

這家酒店就在市區國王十字火車站旁邊，交通很方便。酒店是小型簡單類型，比較整潔，有熱水壺、保險箱。沒有電梯，需要自己拎着行李箱上樓梯。房間有洗手池，廁所和浴室是在樓道里的公用。到倫敦旅行，如需要在國王十字火車站上火車，又不在意酒店的簡易，這家酒店可供選擇。

The room is clean and staff service is good. The room price rate equal to their quality and it location is near to king cross station that connect to many plublic transportation. Many restaurants and shopping shop around station too.

シングルルームで3泊。 駅から近くて女子の一人旅にはもってこい。 いろんな観光場所へのアクセスも悪くはない。 夜遅く帰ってもすぐホテルに着くので安心。 部屋はコンパクトだか、シャワールームあり、ドライヤーあり、ケトルあり、金庫ありで必要最低限の物が揃っている。 ただケトル橫には英語と中國語で「ポット以外の使い方はしないで」の注意書きあり。何に使われてるのかちょっと怖い… 廊下での話し聲が聞こえりもしたが、気をなるほどでは無かった。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

The room was good value for the money. Just be sure you do not travel during a heat wave as there is no A/C or air-con.. Access to the bathroom was a bit of a hassle as well, but was fine given the solo travel. If you're on your own and looking for a reasonable rate on a stay with a convenient location, there are few places better imo. If you love to walk it's a great way to visit the city center.

The staff were lovely and helpful with our check-in process, the room was fairly clean and comfortable, great for solo or duo travellers who are seeking for a place to stay overnight. However, there are no lifts in the hotel, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs. Families should be aware of this minor inconvenience. It gets a bit noisy at night too as the hotel is besides a construction site and the train station. Overall, we’re really pleased with our stay.

酒店沒有包食物但是地點真的很好去哪裡都很方便，附近有早餐店，超市，哈利波特店！

Room too small , facilities need to upgrade , bathroom is just nasty , the only thing that’s great about this hotel is the friendly staff and a great location that’s all

態度很差，而且非常不好商量，非常不善良。 打電話過去員工也是一問三不知，很冷漠。 性價比不高，而且讓人覺得很無語的一家酒店。幫大家避雷吧
