The hotel is located next to the road, and the noise is very loud. The sound insulation in the room is very poor. Even with the windows closed, the engine noise is very obvious, and the noise in the corridor is also very obvious.

Great service, friendly staff. Just the air conditioner didn’t work and they don’t allow open windows, so the air quality in the room is very bad.

部屋が遠すぎてびっくりした。キャリーある方だと大変だと思います。アメニティも何も無いので全て用意して行くといいです。部屋の匂いがナッツの香りがして臭かった。。お風呂も髪の毛が落ちてたりとりぴはなしです。

The hotel is equipped with lift and is at walkable distance from Kilburn park station and also bus stops. Is located in busy and crowded area and hence feels safe at night.

Bathroom toilet seat was held together with tape. Massive hole in the wooden shutter blinds that let light in constantly. Room was next to the laundry room with constant noise from the machines throughout the night. At points caused the bed itself to shake. Hotel is next to a fast food restaurant with a strong fried food smell throughout the building. Location was good for transport and staff were nice.

Really lovely hotel all round. The staff were friendly and our room was really nice, great amenities, very clean. Great location as there is a starbucks and a tesco right across the road as well as chaiwalla attached to the hotel itself. Had a lovely stay here!

The reception staff were really lovely, I don't get there until late , I didn't have a charger for my phone I think her name was Abbie (not sure) she was very helpful and lent me her own personal charger for the night . Also my remote control for my TV was missing she went and found me one. Gave me directions to a fab pizza place .
