本來放低了預期，來連住三晚後覺得非常美好！ 首先交通位置絕佳，周圍景點往來奔波和晚上看劇都很方便，兩個常用地鐵口皮卡迪利圓環和查令十字街也步行很近。 其次挺安全的，住的時候酒店滿園其實比較安靜。 房間也很乾凈沒有異味，而且比放低了的預期要大。 洗澡水非常舒爽，温度可以隨意調。 馬桶水壓確實有點奇怪，但是多試幾次掌握技巧後是沒有問題的。 唯一覺得開空調有點吵，睡覺時都得關掉。還好現在的天氣是可以關掉的哈哈。

地理位置非常棒 離地鐵站 唐人街都非常近 出行方便 吃飯方便 步行也可去周邊白金漢宮 唐寧街 倫敦眼 大本鐘 威斯敏斯特教堂 去國王劇院步行三四分鐘

Fantastic location, walking distance to the main tourist spots. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience shops. This is my second stay here. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The brekkie buffet spread wasn't too bad taste wise but it was a bit boring to have the same options every day. We had the suite which was relatively "spacious" by London standards. The bed was enormous and could easily sleep 3. The bathroom is bright and clean and the water pressure was great. The only gripe was that there could have been a bit more space for our luggages but we survived. There are lifts which is great for luggage and after walking all day outside. Overall a great stay.

From the moment I arrived at Thistle London Piccadilly, the experience was seamless. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of London’s West End, with iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods like Soho, Chinatown, and Leicester Square all within easy walking distance. My room was clean and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like fast Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and a Nespresso machine that made mornings feel indulgent. Staff were helpful, and professional — always ready with a smile or a local tip.

房間比較小，服務有點差，我們連住七晚三個房間，想住同一層或者後期調整房間，均不同意，以客滿為由，而且三個房間均挨着電梯口，轉角房，我們提前一個月預訂的，還得到這樣的房型，住這麼久，也不給調整，服務還很差，都不太愛理人，明顯有歧視，下次不會再住。

酒店位置就在中國城旁邊，吃中餐很方便，中國城裡還有中國超市，定了兩間房，其中一間出了點問題，酒店和永安也立馬妥善處理了，酒店的空調壞了，配了空調扇有些吵，早餐一般不要抱太大希望，房間面積還可以，在市中心已經算很好了

優點：最滿意的是，地理位置超級好！離中國城和特拉法加廣場非常近。距離地鐵站200米，出行皮卡迪利線很方便。房間大小合適，衞生很好，每天兩瓶免費氣泡水。早餐也還行，品種不算多。缺點：設施稍顯陳舊，有窗但封閉打不開。

Hotel was in a great location, staff where super friendly and accommodating. We arrived really early for check in after a long flight from Australia, we paid a very minimal fee for a room up grade and could check in straight away around 9:30am. That made our day, and no jet lag.
