倫敦皇家騎兵衞隊酒店位於市中心，地理位置絕佳。靠近倫敦眼、大本鐘、西敏市、泰晤士河、白金漢宮等著名景點，步行即可到達。酒店風格很英倫很老錢。訂了豪華特大房，房間絕對寬敞明亮，知道我們帶孩子，免費加了梳化床。早餐雖品種不算多，但美味性價比高，小童早餐免費。酒店的另一大驚喜是衞生間裏的恆温電暖片，浴巾衣服掛在上面就能暖暖的，在這種濕冷的天氣裏很舒適。

Fabulous location. The staff were helpful and efficient. Pervus was amazing and helped us with our luggage quickly. His timing was impeccable. The room was perfect with lots of extra amenities.

My son, Olly and I have stayed here twice now and shall return. It is opposite Embankment Tube, which is a direct line to Paddington so incredibly convenient, then mid way between Trafalgar Square for theatres and Westminster for Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament- like 8 minutes walk to each! Staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable-we will be back!❤️

房間在英國可以稱為寬敞，傢俱具有老錢風，床頭是高高的木床頭，很喜歡，衞生好，早餐全，位置很好，步行到西敏寺、大本鐘、特拉法加廣場很近，周圍是蘇格蘭場和國防部，太讓我們驚喜啦，離地鐵也近，簡直超出我的預期，推薦！

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was in a good location and the breakfasts were big and delicious. Our room was nice and big and the bed was very comfy. We also had a bath and shower! The aircon was a lifesaver in the heat. The only thing we'd change is the curtains covering more of the windows at night as there was a fair bit of light.

首先酒店位置很好，大廳還可以，房間內老舊，窗紗都是破的，這樣的房間在國內真的也就幾百塊錢，暑假賣到3千多塊！我們住了8晚，入住時給分到了一個窗戶對着牆的房間，跟永安反應後給協調換了房間，這點給永安點贊，響應速度很快

My husband and I stay here every time we are in London. The staff are the stars of the show - friendly, helpful and professional. The interior and exterior of the hotel are beautiful and the facilities are well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located and a stone's throw away from Westminster Palace, The London Eye, Soho and miscellaneous shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fake 5 stars hotel. Firstly, the description of 280 bedrooms and suites with stunning views over the River Thames is totally untrue! All their standard rooms are facing inwards (i.e. you see nothing)! Secondly, the services are worst than a 3 stars hotel, almost none existence. No toiletries other than shower cap and toilet roll. Have to call the reception to ask for toothbrush and only after waiting for an hour was told by the reception to go down and collect it ourselves! Thereafter, day 2 and day 3 onwards, the reception never answer any phone call from our room. When we head down, there are 4 staffs chit chatting at the reception (videos evidence verified by 永安). After complaining to 永安, they even lied to 永安 that they offered compensation to change to a different room which never actually happened! On top of all these, TV wasn’t working and Refrigerator is not cold at all. This place is just horrible.
