倫敦城市旅館 (City Lodge London)

這家旅館帶給我噩夢般的體驗！本來打算在這個旅館住三天，沒想到住到第二天就被很多臭蟲咬，等我發現的時候，手上，胳膊上，腳上以及我的臉上都被叮咬了很多包，導致我根本不敢睡家，打了一宿的燈，沒敢閤眼，就發現牆上，浴室裏到處都爬了很多臭蟲。好不容易熬到天亮，我趕緊逃離了這家旅館，並且扔了我隨身的很多衣物，因為我害怕攜帶蟲*，更可怕的是接下來的幾天，我所有身上被臭蟲叮咬過的地方，全部紅腫，我花錢買了葯，但是效果一般，我不得不結束英國的旅程，回國治療，醫生診斷為因為臭蟲叮咬感染造成了蜂窩組織炎。我委託永安和旅館協商退款和賠償，商家態度惡劣 拒不賠償！我保證我所有的描述都是事實！ This hotel gave me a nightmare experience! I originally planned to stay for three nights, but on the second night I was bitten repeatedly by bedbugs. By the time I realized what was happening, my hands, arms, feet, and even my face were covered with bites. I was too scared to sleep, so I kept the lights on all night and didn’t dare close my eyes. That’s when I saw bedbugs crawling everywhere—on the walls and in the bathroom. As soon as dawn broke, I quickly checked out and fled the hotel. I even threw away many of my clothes because I was afraid they might carry eggs. What’s worse, in the days that followed, all the bite sites became severely swollen and inflamed. I spent money on medicine, but it didn’t help much. I had to cut short my 永安 in the UK and return to China for treatment. Doctors diagnosed me with cellulitis caused by infection from the bedbug bites. I asked 永安 to negotiate a refund and compensation with the hotel on my behalf, but the hotel responded rudely and refused to compensate me at all. I assure you that everything I have described is true.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful—when I accidentally left my wallet in the room, they immediately called me and returned it. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. I also enjoyed the food; it was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay!

This hotel was close to underground station and buses...staff helpful,carried my suitcase upstairs and downstairs when arrived and left....self catering breakfast was new to us but worked really well, good to see thinking of environment and less waste...only thing I would have liked was access to a kettle but to be honest I forgot to ask at reception if we could use during the day, handy shop right nextdoor for all needs.

ロンドンの東に位置しているため、西側に比べて少し治安が悪く感じます。鍵が壊れかけており不安でした。 朝食は自分で料理をして食べることができます。 ロンドン市內へは、bow station から30分ほどでそれほどアクセスは悪くないです。 清潔さや安全性を求める方にはあまりおすすめできませんが、値段はお手頃です。

Had a good time at this hotel good transport links and staff was friendly room was clean very good price

Correct price for London. The location is correct, next to the DLR and not far from the subway. The room was very small and old with just the minimum. The hotel is noisy, you can hear people come and go in the stairs.

The staff was lovely beds were comfy was a good sleep but their was nearly no toilet roll and no soap in the bathroom other than that it’s a very nice place to stay and not too far from the underground or the overground.

Everything was good, the breakfast was fine, the room clean, and the staff friendly, the only problem was that the room we were in was right to the main street that was a bit noisy with cars passing by.

Wasn’t too bad, my room was clean, fair enough, but the kitchen is not clean at all, couldn’t have breakfast because the kettle was crusted at the bottle, tried to watch it but the crust was just too much. Needs improvements generally

大きな看板を掲げて無くて、しかも看板とホテルの名前が一致しないから見つけられない。 スタッフの対応が雑すぎる。カーテンレールの取り付けが雑すぎてカーテンを橫に引っ張っただけで壊れた。弁償って言われそうだったから必死に直した。鍵もボロくて掛からなくなったりして落ち着かなかった。2泊予定にしてたけど嫌になって一泊だけに切り替えた。ここは絶対利用しない方がいい。
