I stayed in Executive room with en-suite & fridge a bonus to keep drinks cold in hot weather. I enjoyed my stay in nice clean room with very comfortable double spacious room Will stay again

The reception staff were helpful and so were a couple of the other restaurant staff although most were just there for the job, rather than to give good customer service. The facilities, evening meal and breakfast were very good and tasty. The meals were well priced and overall I thought the facilities, room and food were good value for money. There was one flaw with the room - the rim of the Toulon owl had clearly not been cleaned or scrubbed for some weeks. I raised this with reception at check out.

Booked a small double for one night. OK if just need somewhere to sleep as the small double was very small. Have to say though that the room was very clean throughout. Big negative though is that they charge £10 for you to park your car overnight. First time I have ever been charged as a guest of the hotel. Bar prices are quite expensive as well.

The very small is just was it says on the tin, note there’s no AC just a desk fan and the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV so if you love relaxing to Netflix in the evening take your fire stick with you. Mobile network isn’t the greatest so connect to the hotel’s wifi. Staff are attentive and very friendly, making sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of.

This hotel was nitnangreat one at all. We didn't really stay we just used it to get dressed for an event. It's not a cared for hotel. It seems all about revenue. The rooms seem to have been chopped in half to squeeze as many people in rooms as possible. You can tell this by the thin wall and the bathroom proportions. It's dirty and unkempt. Doors and door frames filthy. Chipped paint work and dirty blinds. We Darenth sleep in the bed. All about money and not the comfort of the guest

Just moved from Croydon up to the north of england.came back for a family reunion,booked the aerodromes hotel as although we have never stayed there we know it well . What a wonderful surprise. Couldn't fault the room service or breakfast. Only disappointment was the cost of parking £10 this was not mentioned when booking,and as there were 2 functions going on parking was at a premium all.said we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone . If parking is a problem you could always park in the road over the other side

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Family Executive Zimmer, was wir hatten war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Regendusche ist ein Traum und das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist üppig und da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Vom Hotel aus benötigt man ca. 1 Stunde bis in die Innenstadt, das sollte man bedenken, wenn man dort übernachtet.

The hotel never accommodate me at all. I cancelled long before 24 hours notice but they kept the money never received a penny back for not staying at the hotel quoted terms and conditions. Absolutely disgusting. They would get no scores for me at all. I rang to complain they promised to ring back today not one phone call absolutely disgusting management. It is a shame because I really want to enjoy the experience.

I have stayed here previously and I stay here because of the convenient location and I have usually been able to get the rooms for a good price. I clean the rooms myself to be able to feel comfortable. I have included a picture of the filthy wipes from cleaning surfaces. This 永安 was horrendous due to noise and vibrations- the last time I complained about vibrations and the manager attended offering extra pillows to help this. This time there was what appeared to be people talking to me in the bathroom which made me feel like I was being watched and there was vibrations in the bed waking me up and preventing me from sleeping. I contacted the police and I want to warn solo female stayers about this and I am asking for people to come forwards if they have experienced similar.
