説實話，價格和服務完全不匹配，通知前台送幾瓶水，一直沒送，最讓我無法忍受的是房間有一股刺鼻的異味，讓酒店處理，過5個小時也沒弄，一層房間幾乎沒有採光，像住地下室，提醒千萬別預訂，很坑。

Comfortable hotel, near Hammersmith, my destination for meeting. Unfortunately the presence of many homeless outside the hotel is not the best thing to see specially late evening. Rooms ok, but shower had a strong smell coming out the pipes.

Great location, easy to locate. Walking distance to many shops and westfield mall. Easy access to the city via tube/bus (shepherd’s bush market, shepherd’s bush). The lobby was spacious and welcoming, beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was okay. I Paid more for the studio room as it is meant to be more spacious but it felt the same as the other rooms and the layout was a little off. (Booked multiple rooms) Overall we had a pleasant stay :)

The service was great. Location was a bit out of the way if you aren’t familiar with London but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which really helps with the traveling and the tube isn’t that far and it’s on the Central Line. The studio was perfect for a traveling couple. Especially if you go out a lot. It’s comfortable and spacious for me. Even more so if you’re alone. Would recommend

The room is spacious, neatly decorated, and clean in all aspects. There are few stains in the coffee machine. Cleaning supplies, such as shampoo have not been replenished for several days. There are many choices in their breakfast.
