El personal encantador y muy atento. Lo único q no pasaron a limpiar la habitación ningún día, por otro lado tuvieron otros detalles con mi familia. Volvería a repetir, quiero pensar q fue un error que no pasaran

El personal fue súper amable desde el primer minuto hasta el último. Cuando llegamos nos habían puesto en una habitación ligeramente distinta. Se disculparon y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cambiar al día siguiente. No hizo falta porque la habitación estaba perfecta. Además nos compensaron con el desayuno gratis (un desayuno tipo buffet con todo lo que incluye el típico desayuno inglés, además de bollería, mermeladas…). La habitación grande y cómoda. La ubicación es excepcional. A 5 min a pie de la estación de tren, de bus y de metro.

The room was clean and located on the 3rd floor with lift access. The water pressure from the shower can be improved. The lift does make a bit of a noise going up and down and made it wonder if it will break down 😬
