The hotel was perfectly situated for our 永安 which involved seeing the main sights of London and taking in a show. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel building is old and the room was quite small but for us this was not something that bothered us.

地理位置十分便利，就在大英博物館旁邊，去中國城和牛津街走路也就十來分鐘，地鐵和公交也方便，但酒店年代已久，個別房型不好，雙床房太少，我特別備註了雙床，但依舊衹有雙人床，兩個女生擠一張1.3米的雙人床，好在給的房間朝東陽光很好且能看到大英博物館的穹頂

Room was clean, but the walls were very thin – I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Also, one of the bottled waters provided had already been opened. Expected better quality control from Radisson Blu.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Special mention to Michael their concierge who was most helpful in giving advice on traveling to Camden market. From private to public transport. Even asked if we enjoyed our visit upon return. Breakfast was best we had in all of Europe. Good spread, attentive service and very quiet environment.

房間比較小，淋浴忽冷忽熱，毫不誇張的説是忽冰忽燙，第二天就喉嚨痛感冒了🥲浴缸也很窄。除了這些其實都還是不錯的

This hotel configuration is weird as there are flights of stairs to some rooms and this is so inconvenient for those with heavy luggages. I was told by staff that the bigger rooms are up the stairs. However, hotel concierge can help with moving luggage. Room looks dated and the coffee machine/ drinking glasses were very dusty. The bathroom is very small so might be an issue with bigger sized people. I had some errands to run and the hotel staff has allowed me to check out later with no extra charges so thank you to the staff especially Yuliz who is friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent and walking distance to start of main shopping street. The underground train station is also nearby that connects you directly to Heathrow airport.
