位置不錯，在倫敦的市中心，出入方便，到大英博物館非常近，酒店到機場打的士費用約50英鎊，總體來説是滿意的。

酒店位置在UCL附近，去大英博物館，國美，國王十字車站，攝政公園等都步行可達。樓下有tesco和boots買東西比較方便。附近地鐵雙層巴士也比較方便，進樓層需要刷卡，安全性較好，但是酒店房間面積偏小，淋浴沒有手持的花灑。設備也不算太新。

房間比較小，不過對於旅行者衹是睡個覺也夠了 早餐很豐盛，可以自己做酸奶碗，希臘酸奶很好吃 旁邊走兩分鐘就是地鐵站，交通很便利 步行到大公園十分鐘 酒店周邊餐飲眾多，馬路對面就是超市，生活便利

We travelled to celebrate our 7 wedding anniversary, it was the first time in London and the hotel was wonderful. Perfect location, two metro stops, supermarket next to and in front. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, we had a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, iron, drinking water... The wonderful reception, they kept our suitcases on our way out. Without a doubt to repeat!!

2박했는데 너무 만족합니다. 위치도 좋고 근처에 마트 2개, m&s샵도 있어요. 근처에 리젠트 파크도 있어서 새벽에 조깅하고 하루를 시작하기 좋아요

Lovely hotel in a great location. Feels very homely. We booked individual rooms which were actually much smaller than the photos showed. Id definitely pick a standard room in future. Beds are extremely comfy, shower is powerful and really nice toiletries. WiFi is good. Breakfast is very nice but fairly expensive at £25pp. Many places to get breakfast within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night for a Jin concert at the 02 . On arrival we were a bit early but after a short wait the nicest reception guy ( name unsure) found a twin room which was ready for us to check in ,on the 3rd floor,lovely room ,room 369 ,nice view of a park ,huge room,large tv ,everything was spotless,breakfast was amazing and huge amounts to pick from .. same guy checked us out the following morning and even asked if we enjoyed the concert,lovely staff and we shall definitely use again

We booked standard room and it turns out the room is a lot smaller than the photo provided by the hotel. It looks more like an individual room rather than Standard room. After clarify with the reception if it was a mistake and they said that is the standard room and they have different layout which makes the difference from the photo. 😡😡😡 Delivered not matching the promise and you’ve got one angry customer! Will not consider to stay there anymore.

The room and bathroom is clean, just 3 mins walk to Warren station and very convenient. Can keep my luggage for few hours after checked out! The service is really good especially thanks to Vivian! The most important is I confirm this hotel just 3 days before my stay since the previous hotel sucks… the rate is even cheaper!
