I’d like to share feedback regarding a very disappointing experience during our recent corporate stay at your hotel. We had a two-night booking, but unfortunately had to check out just three hours after checking in on the same day, and instead booked a stay at Holiday Inn. This resulted in a complete waste of money and a highly inconvenient experience. The hotel is situated next to a park with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals. The premises seemed to have free and unsecured access — we observed unknown persons in the corridor, and one individual was causing a disturbance. I felt unsafe even stepping out of my room, and the hotel staff appeared unable to manage the situation. This experience was unacceptable, especially for a corporate booking, and I hope this feedback helps highlight the seriousness of the safety and security issues.

Ok hotel. Be prepared to pay for parking! I was not prepared to check out of my room then check back in after adding an additional night! Was charged twice for security deposit and parking! Continental breakfast is okay but no decaffeinated coffee!

We got the king size bed with whirlpool tub. The room was not necessarily unclean but it was older and kind of falling apart which made it look a little gross. But the tub was super fun! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was actually really, really good. They have a fancy coffee machine that makes cappuccinos and lattes and drinks like that so that was a huge plus. It’s right next to the highway
