Dirty towels (with traces of feces!), awful reception service by Natalia and not better by her manager, extremely slippery after the rain (and you don’t see where is slippery where is not, so I fall down several times!). Room cleaning staff is mega noisy. Restaurants got closed due to the rain - no breakfast nothing. So as good as the facility is (except the noise isolation), the hotel is a NO GO for me. And I’m someone who has stayed in 500+ hotels and own 4 smaller hotels myself.

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

Beautiful place. Terrible location. Windy everyday can’t enjoy. There was a roach in our room they had to bring someone to spray at 10pm at night while daughter was sleeping. Offered $200 credit lol. Service was ok by pool not the greatest. A bit over priced. Paid $35 for 2 coffees and ice cream :).

訂之前被小紅書上的好評欺騙 應該查一下這和google的真實憑評價 一個一直在推銷timeshare的 在nowhere的五星級nobu。 泳池不加熱，所有人都擠在一起，千萬不要訂這裏，太多槽點，首先位置極差，海灘無法下水，導航都給不了正確路線，沒有自己租車就等着被酒店脅迫叫taxi，去哪裡都是三十分鐘至少的路線。服務態度也非常不好，看你沒興趣買他們timeshare就私下換了本來的房間。而且要注意預訂條款，這是唯一一家無任何條件變通的酒店。cabos那麼多酒店，如果要做冤大頭就來這裏，太誇張了！！

Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant
