We had a reservation at this hotel, but due to the war in the Middle East, our airline canceled our tickets. This was clearly a force majeure situation, completely outside our control. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund our money. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of understanding, flexibility, and basic customer care during such a serious and exceptional circumstance. In times like these, businesses should show fairness and humanity, not hide behind rigid policies. Very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Il personale alla reception è sempre molto gentile in particolare Mr Djogo è stato professionale e disponibile ascoltando le ns esigenze La camera era molto pulita e la colazione ottima. Unico neo è l'ascensore perchè essendo la struttura molto grande spesso si deve attendere per salire o scendere , soprattutto se si è ad un piano alto. Nel complesso comunque molto soddisfatta!!!

Went to Lourdes for year end pilgrimage. Choose the hotel as it’s the most convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the The Santuary. Room was good. Bfast a little disappointing. Dinner was ok. Stayed there two years ago. Will continue to do so the next time.

Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes
