El hotel estuvo bien, la calidad de atención más o menos, algunas personas no fueron muy amables y por último debo decir que la habitación tenía la peor ubicación, literal era la última del último nivel con vista a un estacionamiento de buses.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie laat te wensen over. Ze laten gasten wachten en negeren ze, terwijl ze niks zitten te doen. Barpersoneel was daarentegen zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was in vergelijking met een paar jaar geleden sober.

A great and efficient welcome, even though we arrived late, around 11:30 pm. Knowledgable friendly staff. The room was clean well equipped and peaceful.

this hotel has a lot of rooms so there are a lot of group travellers. the breakfast buffet is bad.

Very old outdated hotel, lobby looks nice but not when you see the room. I think the rooms need to be refurbished to match the 4 stars hotel they claimed. We got building view when we book a city view room 😞 wouldn't recommended this hotel

The location is great because it is close to everywhere. It has its own parking lot but you have to pay. Bear in mind that the breakfast is not good.

The location is not far from the cathedral. It has its own parking lot but you have to pay. People are friendly. They don't keep your keys for you.
