空港近くで街中へ行くには少し不便ですが、 靜かでナムターの山や田んぼの景色が眺められました。 カフェが併設されているので、 食事には困らないです。

Goed hotel. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Vriendelijke medewerkers met name in het restaurant. Nachtportier is zeker welwillend en behulpzaam, maar de communicatie met hem verloopt wat moeizaam.(hoewel gezegd moet worden dat zijn Engels beter is dan mijn Laotiaans)

The stay is located far from the city center. They rent bicycles, but the number is limited, so it is first come, first served. The ride to the town center takes about 30 minutes and goes through the highway, which is not ideal. They also offer motorbike rentals for about $8 USD for half a day. If you plan to eat outside the hotel, be aware that other dining options are quite far away. On the plus side, they offer a shuttle service to the bus station for 50,000 KIP per 永安. The car can fit two people. If you have a tour planned with a pickup, this place could work well for you. Otherwise, keep the transportation and location challenges in mind.

I can’t say that it was the best hotel we had ever stayed at but we certainly had a nice stay at the Tulip hotel. At first sight it felt a little be out of place with the play park for the children , the restaurant and bar and the huge house. But then it all works well. The staff is absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay as easy and pleasant as they could. Nothing was too much or too complicated. Loved the lunch /dinner menu in the restaurant, food is local and fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Free bicycles and scooters are available for rent at 8usd for 1/2 day. So quite good value. The rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable. TV had Netflix and YouTube if you want to watch TV. Beautiful large windows with an amazing view over the fields and mountains (1st floor). The bathroom could however have been a little cleaner as there was rust and chipping tiles. The shower get was empty and wasn’t replenished and also the towels have definitely seen better days. Other than that, it was a brilliant stay, we definitely recommend if you’re planning to visit luang Namtha.
