It was okay for one night, but we wouldn't recommend this place for a longer stay. The room is dark with stuffy air and had quite a few mosquitoes. If you invest $5-10 more, you can find much nicer options nearby. The family also speaks almost no English and they offer no help with transportation/tours. On the upside, this property is located in the most beautiful street of Luang Prabang full of historical houses, and the alms giving doesn't pass here, so you won't be woken up by screaming Chinese tour groups at 5.30AM. There might be loud noise during the day from the neighbors though on holidays or weekends.

Sfeervol authentiek guesthouse op een prachtige locatie in een rustig lommerrijk zijstraatje in het oude centrum van Luang Prabang. Alles is zeer netjes en verzorgd en de ontvangst was buitengewoon vriendelijk. Zeker voor de prijs een aanrader.

レバディは水道の調子が悪く 宿泊できず 徒歩2分のホステルへ案內された。 事前に泊まれないので100% 返金するという連絡は來ていたが 見ておらずそのまま 宿へ直行した。 代わりの宿のクオリティも問題なく、トリップ ドットコムから約3割のポイント還元があったので 個人的には良かった♪

It's a family place, they tell you what you need to know to have a pleasant stay. We slept good and the location is perfect.

Meet my priority which was location. The guesthouse placed near the city attraction. Only flaw was their towel, blanket and sheets were over used so it has little tear or rough otherwise I had comfort during my travel.

Very good location near to attractions but not affected by noisy activities. I was given a room with a balcony which was the best feature I enjoyed most. The washroom was poorly maintained and almost every fitting was loose. The washbasin was choked, my greatest complaint.
