Excellent spot. Room was nice and so was the balcony. Smart TV in the room. Staff was super attentive to basically anything you could possibly ever want. They have a cool looking shuttle that is always ready to take you into town and pick you up (also takes like 2 mins to get into town). Breakfast every single morning was included and the staff in the restaurant were super attentive as well. I would stay again for sure. Also recommend playing Luang Prabang golf course if you are a golfer. Amazing scenery and design

We were there between 20-23.9.2025. Lovely hotel, very clean, courteous and professional service, from the hotel manager to the last employee. Every request we made was carried out quickly and courteously. The breakfast is very good, including all the types of eggs you want, prepared on the spot. A wonderful pool with a bar in the middle. Large, clean rooms and a very comfortable double bed. And if you think the hotel is far from the town center, there is a free hotel shuttle all day long, We will definitely return to the hotel. The cost of pure drinking water in the room is 4 USD per bottle, which is just ordinary mineral water. There is no price list in the room to inform the tourists. They just want to cheat tourists. The mineral water in other hotels is free. This hotel is crazy about money.

That's very bad experience about this hotel i alway went to many hotel in luang prabang. My dior sunscreen it cost about 5000฿ was lost in my room i ask reception and cleaning (maid) they said that was my fault .Even i didn't put make up room tag on the door but they came in for clean. That's was very bad feeling ever.
