I could not get a train ticket to Luang Prabang so i need to skip the hotel. I told this to 永安. They take no responsibility and send me a email of the hotel. Until now no response... Looks like i lost my money. Dont know who i have to blame the most. 永安 or Sakura... But its bad service

最大的問題是飲用水，燒開後的水有一層油花，開水壺下面有厚厚的一層白色絮狀物。這種水完全不適合飲用。我都是從超市買純凈水用的。可能老撾的水就是這樣吧

服務員親切有禮，旅館地點很好，隔壁即有好吃的餐廳，早餐的質與量則有待加強。我在外面租的腳踏車，服務員主動提醒可以鎖在柵欄內，即使清晨五點都願意起床開柵門鎖。

Chambre très confortable Accès facile aux différents marchés et notamment le night market Super Service : toujours à nous mettre + à l'aise et confort. J'avais essayé un autre hôtel avant sur luang prabang. Pour moi celui ci est le meilleur. Lit très confortable Salle de bain et toilettes séparés dans la chambre donc super quand on est à 2 en voyage. Grand Espace aussi où on peut méditer et faire des exercices types étirements, yoga etc. Et là encore pendant que je m'exercais ils sont venus m'installer un ventilateur pour que je sois plus confortable. Dans le hall il y a aussi table de travail pour ceux qui on besoin d'être sur ordinateur avec prise à côté. Et là encore aménagement pour que j'ai des ventilateurs et être plus confortable.. J'adore💖 Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The location is really good. Очень удачно расположен. И до центрального ночного рынка идти недалеко и при этом не шумно. В номере все есть. Удобно, что душ и туалет - это два отдельных помещения. Рядом много кафе с очень вкусной едой. Завтрак в гостинице по меню. Кофе, чай вода - неограниченно. Соотношение цена и качество - отличное.

If you want to create great memories in Luang Prabang, I highly recommend this hotel! All the staff were very friendly. In particular, the male staff member who assisted me when I first arrived was extremely kind and answered all my questions with patience. You can reach the Night Market in just a 10-minute walk.
