The room is quite spacious na pwede ka pang magpaparty sa loob - ganun sya kaluwag kahit deluxe room sya. Medyo creepy nga lang since luma na rin ung establishment. Malapit lang kasi sa venue kaya un na rin kinuha ko at one night lang naman. Wala ring complimentary water and ung tooth brush napakanipis - worth the price naman.

A little pricier but the room was great and its really near the mall and Jollibee. The front desk was also accomodating.

The place is so clean, will surely recommend. They offer basic needs. Very comfortable. It's near to banks and other establishments. Cons: parking is too stiff, hope they will add cabinet and small fridge But over all it's a good place to stay. Will surely comeback

if you are not a good driver, ask the hotel first for the parking, because their parking is situated at the lower level of the hotel, as for me i had a hard time because i'm still a novice driver and it was so steep. During our stay, there has been a power outage for around 2 minutes, hence their generator did not work, thus, my husband has been trapped in the elevator, and since me and my son is already in the lobby i had asked them if they have two way radio so as to check our room, but they don't have any, thus the security guard has to use the stairs to go to the 7th floor to check.

Its good hotel, nice to stay but what i observe at dto ako nadisgrasya, yong water from the shower goes s amay ilalim ng toilet bowl kaya nabagsak ako at nadulas. hope ma fix nila yon separate ila yong flow ng water from the shower

This hotel part of the NOVOTEL chain I believe asI always booked with them any chance When I travel although some hotel location seems not properly maintained, although this location in Lucena is a great deal, they have elevator service, the room is cleaned and wide big bed firm and pillows firm comfortable, had a table lamp ac is split type so it’s quiet and working, enough size bathroom, wide hallway, My only dislike is that they don’t provide water and hot water or kettle for a coffee, they have a water dispenser in the ground floor of which charge 10 pesos per refill and 10 pesos if you ask a hot water to deliver to your room although you can get a free hot water in dispenser had to bring your own mug or cup. The staff are very strick on policy regarding the time check in and check out if you want to ask for a extension 200 pesos per hour. Other than that I cannot complain the comfortable they bring. Very quiete during the night.
