The location is near the Lucerne Station and convenient to travel around the city. The place is clean and well prepared with the suffiencient toileties and towels. A clean and well-prepared self-service kitchen is provided. The room is very friendly to solo travellers. Please check and understand the self-check in instruction for smooth check in process. great balcony view also. Highly recommended to the solo travellers, please enjoy your stay here.

It's a capsule hotel just as the name suggests. Instructions are more or less clear, however the entry gate instruction was a bit unclear. Lockers are not numbered and common with a limited number of them available. Apart from it the kitchen was a bit underwhelming and so was the common room. It's okay for a bed to sleep that's all.

酒店位置尚可，保安門蠻多，浴室地磚和防滑地氈有點刺腳，建議穿拖鞋內進，環境尚可，有公共地方和廚房，方便使用

Everything went smoothly from the check-in process until I checked out the next day. I’m amazed at how a hostel like this can function without onsite staff. I’ve been traveling since 2014 and have always stayed in hostels, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such a completely different vibe. I loved everything, especially the hostel’s backyard view. I’d definitely stay again once I’m back in Luzern.
