Wrong informations at site. Restaurant not available. Tea kit not available. Packed drinking water not available. TV connectivity not good. Sleeper not available. Bathroom very dirty. Housekeeping poor. Bedding not good and dirty. Shaving kit not available. Only staff behaviour and response is good.

Room & Bedsheets, pillow cover was not clean, mosquito is very high , Soap, sampoo is not available in the room , as per room price is very highly

Spacious room, room service very prompt. Room heater provided close to railway station. Staff are very good.

Staff is not appropriate. When ever you order something, the room service guy will come directly into your room. They don't have manners at all. Apart from this, i got very bad experience with the washrooms for both of my rooms. Toilets were horrible. Complementary breakfast management was horrible. They ask you to order from the menu and later they tell you that the items cannot be served since they are of more value from the complementary one and then they negotiate with you. They don't have a set menu for complementary breakfast.

Struggled for basic amenities like, - no wi-fi. - checked in for 2 pax however, towel and soap was provided for only one pax. - only one charging point was available in a deluxe room. - hygiene in the washroom was pathetic. - hotel staff is not professional.

Stay was terrible... Dirty bedsheets and blanket, No wifi...staff ( reception) is very rude...on asking questions he said" goli thodi maar di tumhe"... Rest is understood😒

1. Very bad experience with the Hotel Amber Lucknow. Rats 🐀 was there in Hotel room and room was very smelling a lot. Room was not as shown in pictures. So very unsatisfactory stay in Hotel Amber. I m giving 0 out 5 of this Hotel. Kindly take my complain very seriously.
