The stay was terrible due to unacceptable dirty condition of King room. There were unsightly stains on the bedsheet, pillow and white towels. Dusty and mold growing on walls. The bathroom vent hasn't been cleaned, towel rack and hairdryer were broken. Toiletries were said provided in listing but NO, only handsoap. Shampoo and shower gel not available. I'll not return until rooms are upgraded.

It's a very small room. I can't stay with my family. Not recommended for friends. Don't have spaces to walk. Very very poor. 😣😣😣

Senang urusan, tempat letak kenderaan dekat, bilik untuk 4 orang besar, tandas ok, air con sejok, banyak kedai makanan berhampiran cuma suasana agak bising bila malam depan laluan jalan besar, kena la dengan harganya.

The worse experience ever in my journey in Sitiawan. This is because the hotel should be considered motel. I have to compliant that the hotel....Opss.., is motel, the lobby was still ok, has air-conditioning and waiting corner. The counter service was not helpful at all as we asked her the local attractions or night market or provide any information or maps. She said "ASK GOOGLE". Lucky, we asked nearby mini market. Malay girl ya. Maybe she was foreigner as she doesn't know local information. All the self-check in and out. The room have 2 cockroaches and spiders so be careful. Lucky, I brought a spray along. There was no refrigerator in living room. Room was so so dirty as described in picture. The toilet was clean & well maintained BUT the sink and door jamed was flooded sink as the water pipe so old already. IF YOU LIKE TIDY PLS CHOOSE BETTER OPTION OTHER THAN THIS.

Tuala kotor tak basuh. Katil berhabuk. Cadar ada rambut perempuan panjang. Dah maklum dgn admin tp tiada solusi untuk masalah ni. Not worth it

這麼小的地方卻又自助入住服務，但是打開盒子裏麪沒有房卡。 打電話也無人接聽。 知道樓上有人在説話，一直等到對方下來（她就是員工）。她説還沒有把房卡放進盒子裏。 隔音設備可以説是沒有🤣……隔壁午餐，晚餐馬來人餐飲店。

Lokasi strategik tengah lumut dan teluk batik. Banyak premis makanan berkedekatan. Sesuai untuk keluarga dan yang solo. Kedai makan sini sedap boleh cuba bawah hotel sahaja

Hotel paling teruk pernah pergi. Staffnya teruk, staff nya expect kita familiar dengan sistem tu? Very rude. Customer service out. Sistem teruk betul, self check in yg menyusahkan. Bilik pula sangat kotor, badan gatal2 lepas balik dari hotel ni. Rasa mereka tak tukar cadar, ada rambut dalam selimut. Yang paling teruk bau bilik, masuk je terus rasa termuntah. Lagi satu tandas dia bau macam tandas awam. Bau kuat betul, sy termuntah lepas masuk tandas dia. And bilik tersangat sempit. Bilik deluxe king, tapi takde ruang nak solat pun susah ya. Cepat2 check out sebab tak tahan, badan gatal2 lepas masuk bilik ni. Overall dari staff, bilik sampai lah parking semua out. Jarang sy nak complaint selagi acceptable tapi hotel ni totally out. Kalau boleh bagi rating saya akan bagi 0/10. Hotel yang sangat teruk. Kalau nak menyesal silalah book hotel ni.
