My Partner and I broke up a Month ago.. Very upsetting, we were staying with you on our Way back from Croatia .. Our holiday had to be cancelled. I notified 永安 a Moth ago , they wouldn't give us a Refund. I rang yourselves over a Week ago to say that we weren't coming. You would not give us a Refund either .. A Room wasted, not even a Replacement or Voucher given. I'm sorry,but not impressed 😒 x

位置不錯 ， 只需要行十分鐘由機場可以到達酒店。 可惜望到酒店時 ，要拿很重的行李 爬上30多級樓梯，才到酒店。 其實 ，有另一條路，不需要行這麼多樓梯， 但沒有指示。 服務及設施設施也不錯 。早餐也不錯。

酒店服務一流，位置需要近機場但房內沒有聽到任何飛機升降嘈吵聲音，只欠冷氣設備，夏天天氣酷熱，房間風扇不足已熱暑

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Luton Airport for one night at the beginning of holiday and then returned on our way back. We were very pleased once again with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that we were so near to the airport yet couldn't hear the sound of the aircraft. We also liked that the bus stop was very near the hotel so could get the bus to and from Luton Airport, which is handy when you are tired and just want to crawl into bed! The breakfast is well presented and tasty. If we fly from Luton Airport again and need to book a hotel, we would have no hesitation re-booking.

Was fine. Unimpressed with the disabled bathroom style bathroom that I was issued (I'm not disabled) that floods and means the entire bathroom is slippery and soaked. I had to pee in the lobby bathroom in the middle of the night because my bathroom is flooded. Weird.

늦은시간에 도착하는 비행기라 1박 머물고 런던 시내로 들어가고자예약했어요~4인 가족이 잠만 자기엔 적당했고..아침 조식이 포함 된게 좋았어요~비행 일정에 따라 잠만 자고 가기엔 적정해보입니다.

Good hotel very close to airport. It was a bit noise during a night as plans took off just near your window. Good breakfast, a bit crowded during the evening in lobby Actually very sociable hotel. We met some great people there I would recommend

It’s very close to Luton Airport and within walking distance, making it extremely convenient even for early flights. They start serving some breakfast at 4:00, which is very traveler-friendly. It’s the best choice near Luton Airport.

房間超級大，在英國能有這麼大的酒店房間太少見了，給兒子定的，他住進去以後驚喜的給我發來了照片，特別開心。裏機場也很近，走路大約十分鐘，對於第二天早上趕飛機的人來説還是非常友好的。還有早餐。

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was available for early fright travelers. No hot foid provided. The room is dusty and in dark blue colour. Many dust on the bedding, so I couldnt sleep because of allergies. I wont book the hotel again although the hotel is closed to luton airport.
