Premier Inn ist ein sehr gutes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Der Service im Hotel war beim Einchecken und im Restaurant sehr gut. Allerdings ist die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant eher mittel, und das Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel nachts geschlossen.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.
